First time coming to their actual location. Had them at events before and loved their food. The store itself is very cute and clean. Had one of their bowls with noodles, macaroni & cheese as well as buffalo chicken and turkey meatballs. Also got a chocolate chip cookie and their mango ginger lemonade. So so good! Wish it was a bit closer to where I live, would come more often. Please open a location in Miami Beach 🙂

I really like this healthy food spot, it’s super convenient because you can walk in and build your own bowl right away. It’s perfect if you’re on a specific diet or tracking your macros since you can customize everything to your preference. They have plenty of options for veggies, sides, carbs, and salads.
The only thing I’d mention is that the proteins tend to feel a bit greasy. If they prepared the proteins in a healthier way, the food would be even better. I usually order the salmon or the shrimp, and while they taste good, they’re often a bit too oily or heavily seasoned. Other than that, everything is fresh and delicious.

I love vale I’ve been eating here for years but what is up with these portions getting smaller? The bowl is half empty :/
Staff also weren’t paying attention to the line of customers because they were busy joking in the kitchen but anyways, seems like the quality has gone down.
Side note I know the marketing agency is going to leave a prompt response like in the other reviews but hopefully someone from management see’s the picture.

Ordered by UBER. The presentation of the item was visually appealing, but unfortunately, it was not freshly prepared. The entire bowl arrived frozen solid — the fruits and granola were encased in ice, indicating it had likely been stored in the freezer overnight. After thawing, the texture and flavor were completely lost, and the fruits had no freshness or taste. This product was not suitable for immediate consumption and did not meet the quality standards expected for a freshly made breakfast item. I kindly request that this order be reviewed for a refund or credit, as it was not delivered in an edible condition.

My friend and I attended an Underline event where Vale provided their delicious, healthy food. It was so good, that I decided to invite my friend for his birthday to the restaurant located at Brickell. We loved it. The place is unique with all the vine-looking design from the roof. The food was healthy and great in size. The service was friendly. I was not able to meet the owner of the restaurant. Yet, he passed by to make certain that everything was running smoothly. I did find out that he is a young, Pakistani man who loves his business. No wonder the food is so delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant. For the reasonable price, you consume all that is worth.

worst decision,i order by Uber eats and was a disaster!!!!!!!! never buying there again,lots of missing items,i ask for the sauce on the side and never came! i asked for avocado slides and never received!!! Mac and cheese disgusting, super overcooked and not creamy at all,with a taste of old food PLUS a very tiny small size for a 8 dollars mac and cheese.

My husband and I really enjoyed our BYO bowls from Vale. We were trying to find healthy nutritious food while traveling and this place definitely delivered! The veggies were cooked well, not over seasoned, and fresh!
