The drive through order taker was attempting to be proficient but kept cutting me off as I was ordering and asking the question I was about to order. The nuggets were burnt and no sauce was adding that was requested!

McDonald’s used to be a quick go to meal for those days when life was hectic and you didn’t want to cook. Since they’ve become a franchise the service has gone down considerably. I visited this location and they asked me what sauce I wanted for the nuggets and then they didn’t even give us the sauces for our nuggets. The kids meal hamburger was cold, all the fries were crunchy as if they are frying them in old stagnant oil, and then, they didn’t even fill the cup of soda all the way. The burgers are getting smaller, but your prices are going up, it’s just a matter of time before McDonald’s is a thing of the past and I won’t even be mad.

DONT COME HERE !!! They serve RAW burgers , came here for dinner and mid way into my meal I find RAW meat…. Needless to say won’t be here again!!! When I tried to address the issue by calling , they would pick up just to hang up .

This McDonalds location absolutely sucks. What happened to customer service? I did drive thru service and used the app code for a McGriddle without cheese for my daughter, that’s it just one thing. So they gave someone else’s order a sausage cheese biscuit. I was livid because it wasn’t busy nor was my order complicated. I tried calling and of course they never answer their phone. So I come back couple hours later before breakfast was over because I was stressing about my daughter being able to eat breakfast. Mind you I’m already having a rough week with my mom in hospital so this was very triggering for me. I go inside the restaurant because I figured it would be easier for them for an explanation why I’m returning to get my order correct. This woman who looks like a manager but has no name tag tries to help me. I tell her no receipt given to me and had to show her my mobile app for my recent orders because I use the code method to pay and earn points through the app. So anyways she goes and tells me I ordered it at the other location and she can’t help me. I had to convince her I was here at this location and gave the code through drove through. So she makes my order and doesn’t apologize. So that was rude. I ask for condiments after the order was given to me and she proceeded to take the person’s order next to me before handing me condiments that was directly behind her so I had to stand there 2-3 more minutes before she handed it to me. I’m also complaining to cooperate about this because didn’t sit right with me at all first thing in the morning.

This whole thing was a little ridiculous. I ordered two big mac meals. I ordered a diet coke for my wife because shes diabetic and i asked the drive thru lady very nicely to make sure it was a DIET coke. We got a regular. We had to pull forward for our food and got the issue fixed quickly with the guy that brought it out. He was really chill and brought the proper drink. Then we get home and pull out our burgers and its the most ridiculous assembly of a big mac ive ever seen. Mine had both patties on the top bun and only a dollop of sauce between the bottom and middle bun. And the bottom bun was the wrong damn bun. It was still a good tasting burger nonetheless. My wifes was a little jank but it wasnt much to complain about. We had a bit of a laugh about the burgers and the servers were polite but we probably wont be returning.

Worse McDonald I’ve gone to, had to send back 3 times my hamburger cuz it was cold and they threw the cheese on top without even heating it up. We asked for manager and didn’t want to even come out. They said that the cheese does not melt, like come on, we end up asking to put the hamburger in the microwave and of course the cheese melted! They said they were busy. It was literally only us and another 2 people with their food already. Drive thru nothing compare to other McDonald’s. And no wonder why.

Placed a mobile order approx 750pm. Order accepted. Money taken. Recieved a mobile drive thru code. Arrived at restaurant 803pm. Attendant at drive thru said they were closed then cut me off. Totally ghosted me. Didnt let me speak to even ask about my order. I pull up to the window and wait. Someone finally comes to the window and says they are closed and as I mention my drive thru code. He looks and says they are working on it. Someone shortly walks up later and says something different. Saying it will be refunded. I asked why did it accept it. He says he turned the mobile orders off. (LIE!) . He also says they aren’t making it (employee lied). He also said they dont accept the order until we arrive (another lie). He didn’t apologize. He didn’t offer anyway to make it right. 3 minutes after closing and everything is off? Come on. I worked at McDonald’s before and closed many times. He did not care. I am shocked by this location. Lack of respect. No professionalism.

Skip this franchise. It’s one of the slowest “fast” food restaurants around. Waited 20 minutes tonight for one double cheeseburger I had preordered on the app. No one even acknowledged I was in the restaurant. My order just sat there “pending” – I finally left and went somewhere else. They’re probably still working on getting those patties out of the warmer…

The drive-thru was okay, but the experience went downhill when I found out the soda machine was broken. Because of that, I ordered an iced tea, only to be charged extra. I asked the cashier why there was a price difference if the machine wasn’t working. The manager stepped in and told me that was the set price and they “cannot give discounts just because the machine was broken.”
After some back-and-forth—and with a noticeably bad attitude—the manager finally said they would charge the same price “but let it be the last time.”
Overall, the service felt unprofessional and dismissive. Not a great customer experience.
