Jacob was a consummate professional. From the moment I walked in, it was clean, inviting, and I received help immediately. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but after Jacob guided me through the options, I was able to get a couple different pizzas. First time here by the way. Angelo, who I am assuming is the shift lead, saw me looking at options and offered me to view the buy one get one half off deals near the end. I wasn’t sure what to get, however, he guided me in the right direction and I got two cheese breads that were amazing. You have great people working here. Thank you so much for the great service. Will recommend to friends and family.

Y’all put soooo much pep on the triple no joke! That big one that’s on special melts right in your mouth. Papa Murphys is always going to be best value but the past few orders were above and beyond.

Went in there during a evening shift, like 5 people working behind the counter and it was the best experience I’ve had there. They offered a bag and to doubled wrapped my pizza when they saw I was was on foot. The employees seemed like they liked working there. Came back a few days later during a morning shift when only two ladies were working, thought they’d be as grouchy as I was that morning, but received the same pleasant and thoughtful servive. Great staff, good store.

What a shame that this Papa Murphy
location did not offer veterans a discount on Veteran’s Day! We called before we went to pick up the pizza and were told there was a ‘25% discount for veterans’. When he got there, they said the regular Tuesday Deal was a better deal. That means you offered nothing…what an absolute shame.

I order a cowboy pizza. With olives and mushrooms only on 1/2. Or the one 1/2 all on one side. When I got my pizza it had no olives or mushrooms. So the chick didn’t even lesson or ring it in correctly. I caught that it was missing the olives and said something and the guy took it back and added olives to the half. But I didn’t realize that I was missing the mushrooms so I paid for a pizza that essentially I didn’t get. I should have just ordered a pepperoni pizza! And for freaking 20 bucks, that really is lame! I use to love getting pizza from here. Not anymore.

So it’s hard for me to do this because I’ve been coming here for so long but something has definitely changed and it is not good. Over the last year and a half the pizzas almost have zero sauce on them and something is wrong with the crust, it is dry and ruined the entire pizza ! The last few times I have eaten my pizza without the crust !!!! There are many frozen pizzas that are actually better than this. I hope you guys fix this soon. Last week, we actually asked for extra sauce on the pizza and still it was dry !!! Not sure what’s going on, but I hope corporate can’t start turning this around !

Was curious about their calzones.
Well first impression was not that appetizing but I was like let’s see it cooked.
Wanted to air fry since that was an option and the dough was so thin holding it together the bottom split putting it in the basket.
Cooked it and yet again, since the crust being so thin it like disintegrated on the bottom and left me with an open face calzone I had to flip over once taking it out.
Saddest looking stuffed pizza I’ve ever seen. The kids working here look stressed always. I’m hoping it taste better then it looks. Also wondering why when I used a 25% coupon off $20, my total was 21.99 and it only takes off 1.50?
We got a stuffed and a salad. It excluded NYC, specials and Tuesday deals. So I don’t know why it doesn’t work. Yeah it’s $4 extra dollars I’m not saving but it doesn’t make any sense. Why give out the coupons.
Wish the crew had more support/quality checks. Hope this location doesn’t go further down hill.
