I ordered the new deluxe box that comes with 2 taco, asked and paid extra to make all of the tacos supreme, first the tacos are not supreme, and you can tell the tacos are old and we’re just sitting there because when I took mine out of the wrapper the bottom of them were so soggy that the tacos completely fell apart and to be honest this is almost always how their tacos are…for the price being charged now this should not happen. I did not even eat them which is so upsetting. To me this is employees being lazy getting the food ready before orders are made to save time. This box also came with cinnamon twists that were so stale I didn’t eat these either. Like I said, for the price charged now a days at least make sure the food is FRESH. I will not be going back to this taco bell any time soon.

Avoid drive-thru. This is the first time I ever give a negative review. Saturday night 11: 30pm I ordered three 5 layer burritos and they were really 2-1/2 layers. The one taco supreme would have been ok if the shelf wasn’t stale. It made the 10 minute drive home and didn’t fall apart when I bit into it. Please do better.

I dont know what it is but this is like the fourth time our order gets messed up so as you can see we ordered supreme tacos but we did not receive supreme tacos just regular tacos and I paid $15 for regular tacos

Drive-thru for me and they did great. Food was overall good. I didn’t really like the Cantina Crunchy taco. Maybe next time. But the staff was great, quick, efficient and friendly. Definitely made the experience better. Order was right, and that’s ALWAYS what I’m looking for.

Im here from Long Beach, CA. My mother in law had to be taken to the Kaiser just on the opposite side of the freeway. While my wife and her were with the doctor I decided to look up Taco Bell and placed an online app order. I ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme with No tomatoes, a crunchy taco and a mango iced tea. I had tomatoes on the Crunch Wrap. No tomatoes was stated on the receipt. Everything else was fine.

They’re quick but to quick, I ordered 3 tostadas with beans, cheese and lettuce. They only put beans and very little. I ordered two bean and cheese burritos and received 3 with beans, lettuce.

I’ve noticed that when you order to eat in you have a better chance of them getting it RIGHT vs taking out.
Drive thru guaranteed you will get broken taco shells on every order. They can’t sell them to those that eat there so they give them to Drive Thru orders.
