I don’t need some stupid AI to make me sit there for 30 seconds because it’s not responding to what I’m saying and it keeps trying to upsell me stuff. I just wanted a damn frosty. That I was charged five dollars for. Granted I got the large one, but they’ve quite literally changed the size of their frosty. I remember Wendy’s was talking about surge prices and randomly adjusting the prices of their items based on Vigue criteria. This plus the AI ordering experience will probably make this the last time I go to this location. It didn’t even give me my total or anything. It just told me to pull forward. Absolutely ridiculous customer experience.

Why does a customer constantly have to check the bag to see what they order? Why is there not a person that checks to make sure the order is right? Half my food was missing. Ordered biggie bags, and 2 combos. They had all in a big bag was hard to tell if it all is there. I’m going to sit in the drive and look from now on and hold up the line. This store is good even though the staff is low so anyone who got an issue with how they have to wait then maybe give cooking at the house a chance before coming to a fast food restaurant ordering a lot of food or coming to a restaurant taking ur sweet time just to eat a burger or something u can cook at home

If you’re deciding on trying the thin mint frosty, don’t. They charge you $3.89 for a large, and as you see in the picture, it is anything but. In the picture I uploaded, you will see the SMALL drink that comes with the $5 biggie bag, the what is supposed to be a LARGE thin mint girl scout frosty in the middle and for reference, on the right is a regular size coffee mug. Both the “SMALL” drink and coffee mug are larger than the cup of frosty they claim is a “large” in the middle. It’s a rip-off. None of them are even poured over the top of the cup as shown in all the pictures by Wendys. Mine has a flat drink cup lid, and as you can see, the frosty comes under the lid. When I questioned about this being a large, considering its extremely smaller than their “small” drink cup, I was told, ” The person who made it told me it was a large so it’s a large” and then she walked away. This is pretty much the hit or miss attitude at this Wendy’s as well as if your order is right or not. Also, If you want your vehicle damaged, I would not go to this location. The only path that leads there is covered in potholes. When it rains, you’re risking causing a lot of damage to your vehicle because you can’t see all the huge potholes under the flood of water. These have been there for over a decade, They never get repaired, and they only get worse with every passing year.

The food is always good and hot, whether it is breakfast or hamburgers. Love the biscuits and gravy with the seasoned potato wedges. It’s hard to beat the Biggie Bag deals. Service is okay. It is difficult to get in and out onto Renner during high volume traffic hours, but it’s worth the inconvenience.

My husband and I ordered 1 single hamburger with lettuce onion and mustard and the other single cheeseburger with everything but tomato. Both had everything on them plus a large amount of mayo. Burgers were mushy. I gave one star he liked his vanilla frosty. Not impressed! I think the AI is the issue
