Worst experience at this location I’ve had. Usually when I come to this location I would get food in a timely manner. Just waited more than 20 minutes for 2 Strawberry Cheesecake Coolers, that weren’t even made right! I had to mix the drink myself. The whipped cream and crumb topping that comes with it wasnt there either! I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks!

This is by far the worst location in Calhoun County, and I take responsibility for giving it multiple chances. On my first visit, my order was incorrect three separate times. I eventually had to walk up to the window just to get a manager’s attention to fix it and to receive my correct change, as a tip was assumed despite the poor experience.
During my second visit, the same thing happened. I didn’t realize the order was wrong until I got home, and they had to send the cook out personally to correct it.
Today was the final straw. I was never acknowledged or waited on at all. A car pulled in about five minutes after me, received their order, and left, while no one ever checked on me. I eventually pulled off.
It’s frustrating to live just minutes away but have to drive all the way to Alexandria just to get a decent Sonic experience.

It was amazing, the service was absolutely fast, my carhop, “Cardell” he was amazing, I saw him getting all of his orders out to the cars beside me in less than 2 minutes, this is my first experience, and it was amazing!

I arrived around 9:20pm to get a small meal for dinner and I was completely ignored. I was the only customer there and there were no signs saying they are closed. I even looked online to see if they close at 9 but no, it says closed at 12am. I waited 10 mins and still no one answered or even came out to my car. I also pressed the button a 2nd time just to see if it was an accident. Then I looked at the window they have and saw people just walking and standing around so I left and went to another restaurant. I will not be returning.

Very nice location. Service with smile, quick in and out, and food was as expected. It’s a little run down and the check in doesn’t work well (two times) but that la my only complaint.

Now I completely understand inflation, but if I’m gonna palmost $5 for a burrito that has one sausage cut into 4 pieces, 2 pieces of bacand 2 and a 1/2 pieces of egg and only 3 tater tots.”ultimate cheese and meat burrito ” Nothing about this looks ultimate at all. Then on top of that, the orange slush ice cream thing that I received melted.
Told the manager and they just said oh. Yeah, it looks like it’s melted when they are handing it to me.. Sonic Drive-In Everyone feel free to share on how bad these fast food companies are screwing us over now with no remorse
Update : sausage taste like French fries. Hmmmm sounds like it was rush cooked in a deep fryer. Oh wait that can cause food poisoning. Guess I’ll see how I feel tomorrow. Stay away from sonic. They are cutting corners and now causing food poisoning!!!!

I honestly have no idea why I keep coming here they either never have anything that I want or they cook everything to death. I could barely bite into my chicken sandwich and my poor Mawmaw couldn’t even eat hers because it was so tough.

This Sonic location is in terrible decline. Ordered chili cheese tots with jalapeños and there was one end price of a jalapeño on there. Burger was slop! I’d imagine they’re are lacking intelligible employees as most everyone else in business but this was ridiculous.

I’m not sure what has happened in the past year but I’ve never had issues with sonics til last September. Between this location and the Noble location we’ve been having issues with not only our orders but proportion sizes as well. Today I waited 25 minutes for my order to be ready (I even ordered ahead in the app) so an additional 10 minutes totaling 30 minutes? I understand there’s a lot of new people which I can be considerate but when the manager/shift leader handed me an extremely melted slush and no reply when I said it was melted is a bit embarrassing for that store. This is how I recieved my drink and did not offer to fix it. I always give places a 3 strikes and you’re out. So with this being the 3rd I won’t be going to any sonic location near Anniston or Oxford. As for the rest of my meal due to how long it took, it was cold and wasteful. The groovy fries that are a dollar on the app now, I understand why they’re a dollar because if they were more I would be disappointed because they’re unedible and nothing but fried small crisps. I hope others have a better experience and best of luck but if you’re looking for a quick place to stop and actually want to feel good about what you recieve and eat, I’d suggest somewhere else.
