I stopped in to place a catering order and it was such an easy process! My kids and I had lunch while we were here too. The gluten friendly pasta is so delicious! If you eat gluten free, you know that is a rare find! Both of my kids loved their meals too. The staff was super helpful and friendly. One of my kids spilled their drink and needed napkins to clean it up and the gentlemen came and cleaned it up without being frustrated at all. Much appreciated! Thank yall!

I don’t know if this will ever get to the right person, but whoever is running the Fazoli‘s in Fort Oglethorpe I want to tell you about your crew that was working on New Year’s Eve. My husband, daughter and I went in about 630 for dinner what you don’t know is that….that is the first real food my daughter had ate in 12 days. She had Covid a week or 2 before Christmas and her taste buds never came back… I work for a local hospital and had gotten off work and did not feel like doing anything. Then my daughter said I want Fazoli‘s, which was like music to my ears. when we walked in, I noticed that the majority of the staff looked to be in the late teens early 20s they could’ve been in a horrible mood because they had to work on New Year’s Eve. However, they weren’t. I have ate at the nicest restaurants I’ve traveled to New York and ate at Michelin star restaurants I have ate at restaurants in Las Vegas. I have never had such amazing customer service and just, general kindness By a bunch of young adults. Mind you I was already nervous and I was praying with everything I had that my daughter would eat something. So I anxiously ordered her food and our food and my daughter asked about bread and within a few seconds there was a plate with bread on it in Given to me by a sweet lady who said go ahead and take her this and I’ll bring you more. She said it’s so kindly she didn’t know my story she didn’t know how much of a difference that kind gesture meant. I brought the breadsticks over to the table. My daughter picked one up and said I wish I had cheese… A young man that works there just happened to be walking by at that time he stopped and grated her some cheese on the plate next to the breadsticks and spoke so sweetly to her while he did it… He ran out of cheese he went and got our food and brought her more cheese….. I sat They’re praying that my daughter would eat next thing I know she picked up that breadstick and then another and then another and then another then she said mommy I wish I had more cheese because that’s what I’m eating and it’s making me feel better. Another young lady stopped at our table a few minutes later and asked if we needed anything and cleared mine and my husband‘s plate I asked for more cheese, she didn’t question me. She just smiled at my daughter and said I like that cheese too And gave her more. Tears came rolling down my eyes As I watched my daughter eat. As I left, I said thank you to them. What an amazing polite group of young adults….. and I’m sorry this was long. I just wanted to let you know how much the kindness of the staff changed my life and helped a little seven-year-old. You never really know how much someone is going through so thank you to all the staff that was working!

I love Fazoli’s! My favorite dish is the spicy baked ziti, and the breadsticks melt in your mouth. Great value! This location is clean with a quiet atmosphere. All staff that I interacted with were friendly and positive. My interaction with Brianna stood out. She has great customer service skills. I will definitely visit again when I am in Fort O.

My better half ordered garlic shrimp stuffed shells which was absolutely delicious.. I got the spicy baked ziti with sausage.. Both meals were very good and a lot of food for what you pay.. The young lady working the counter was very friendly and outgoing.. We’re from out of town and she made us feel very welcome..
There’s a young man walking around cleaning up and passing out breadsticks.. He made sure we left with more than we’ll be able to eat.. What a great place with great friendly responsible young adults working there who made us feel right at home.. Thank you so much!!

Clean atmosphere. Plenty of parking large parking lot near shopping center. Order was very quick. The gentleman at the register was an African American gentleman with dreadlocks and he was absolutely the best front register employee I have met in a fast food chain in a very long time. He was extremely pleasant, accommodating, and provided above stellar customer service! He explained things on the menu, he was very patient, he didn’t mind waiting while we decided on what items we wanted, and he had great humor!
The other two workers was a younger Caucasian male and a younger Caucasian female and they were very prompt with the service, very kind and accommodating as well They fixed the food very quickly back things up and made sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely great experience, great visit and I would definitely return.
The items ordered were breadsticks, cheese pizza double slice, cheesecake with strawberry toppings, mozzarella bites and strawberry lemon ice with extra strawberries. All items were absolutely delicious!!

Went last night, Madi and Gabby were both so sweet! Madi complimented my nails while I was ordering, Gabby did as well as she was tending to our table. Gabby was very attentive when we needed bread and when our plates were empty, taking care of both immediately!

Just trying to grab a quick bite turned into a “fine” dining experience! Gabby made our meal simply delightful. She took care of us, checked on us and even acknowledged my kids (who, btw, say now Gabby is their “favorite server”). It’s amazing how a smile and a friendly person can make such a difference, but Gabby was simply fabulous. Clone her. Give her a raise.
