December 18th at 11 o clock pm, one of the worse services I ever experienced, Afro lady and braided lady, very rude and laughed about service, couldn’t get the order right and kept questioning what I wanted, it was a simple order, two milkshakes how hard? It was milky and I told them no toppings because I’m allergic to cherry and I told them and they still served it to me. Lady at the intercom was very rude and didn’t even introduce herself the first 10 minutes I was sitting at the intercom. I didn’t want to hold up the drive through and be a little Karen about it so I went home and took pics of what it look like with and without the whipped cream. and I was going to get a refund but drive thru is slow and takes 30 min just for drinks to come out, I would like to speak to the GM if I could but knowing this place and who they hire is horrible. Never coming back. And I hope I don’t get an AI message that’s this sonic say to contact to.

Service was slow but the food was fresh and piping hot, fries and tater tots were tasty. The crispy chicken sandwich was greasy but otherwise good. I much prefer the chicken sandwich from Popeye’s, Chik Fil-A or Wendy’s.

Worst service ever! Got my food and burger was soggy and ask for fresh tots and got ones that been out for hours! Kindly ask for a remake and server was rude and disrespectful about having to remake my food! She bought me out tots that look like she scooped out the grease where it was running out the bag! My burger wasn’t cooked all the way! My husband cheese sticks had the whole cheese still inside And there wasn’t any customers there and took a hour to get my food for it to still be disgusting, messed up and uneatable! Very rude, unprofessional, inappropriate and unapologetic. Sonic really needs to look into this location and fire Shelia and the others.

We have tried Sonic multiple times recently and every single time the ice cream machine is broken?? Myself and another car drove away from the drive thru after being told yet again the I e cream machine is broken. The children running this place couldn’t care less about service or quality. Do better!

Worker on the intercom is quick to cut you off then try to usher you around. Wouldn’t answer when I told her I needed more stuff . Pull up to the window and she cant add anything else to the order. Ill have to reorder

I absolutely love Sonic! I go there so often, and they never fail to deliver excellent and speedy service every time. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes me feel valued. This location is just sad. You have not been able to order at the drive in screens for months, and now they re-shutdown mobile ordering. This was better than the drive thru because that is usually slow. I ask the workers why they don’t get anything fixed here and it’s always “I don’t know ”. The place needs a serious overhaul, however the one positive is if you actually get your food it is good.
Update- Went back again a couple months later and was a 40 minute wait for a mobile order.

Horrible service! We attempted to order food for 5 people in the drive thru, so it’s a long order but… that’s money in the till for the Sonic in Villa Rica, GA. 15 minute wait, employees outside taking pictures of the sky, and the only car in the drive thru. A young girl was rude through the speaker because I asked her what all have we ordered knowing she might need some help getting it correct. We get to the window and I asked for the receipt. It was so wrong yet I did not have any attitude but simply said we will just go somewhere else. The little girl cursed me and called me names. Never going to that run down place again!
