First time going here. I placed an online order for a deal that was the tailgate 24 piece wings and a side. I ordered hot honey lemon pepper wings and macaroni and cheese. I received confirmation from the site saying ready at 5:04. I arrived at 5:09. I tell the lady my name and she checks and says it will be another 8min. I reply ok I thought it said ready at 5:04. She ignores what I said and walks off. So I wait and wait. Bye the time it’s ready is about 5:30. I checked my bag and figured it was a dry rub or something you couldn’t see but told them I was missing a ranch sauce which she gave me and then I left. I get to my destination to find I have all plain wings. I call and get a lady on the phone and tell her i got plain wings. She doesn’t bother to apologize or say anything to staff. She asks me to come back. I tell her i cant come back and am at a party. I ask her who would have made these. She claims she doesn’t know. To myself (lady you know, there was only one 4 people working and one mainly on food).Mind you they weren’t very busy. So either someone was lazy and didn’t want to coat the wings or someone is illiterate or incompetent. Now i understand why it’s a 3.7 rating. How hard is it to decipher between plain wings, lemon pepper wings, etc. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Absolutely garbage. Customer service rating is literally in HELL! I pulled up to the drive through and waited for 4 mins without hearing a peep from anyone. I drove around to the front and was told “drive through only”
I said I was just at the drive through and there was no response

Came around 9:11pm at night and they was rushing me and stating they didn’t have any honey biscuits or mash potatoes. I got home and the chicken was very old, when they had plenty of time to make fresh chicken. I will never go back to this location. Very unprofessional and nasty. Do better, people don’t want to waste their money on bullshit.

Tuesday I ordered a 3 piece mixed meal with a leg, thigh, breast, and potatoes and gravy.
After arriving back to work I discovered that I had no biscuit or silverware. Then on top of that the chicken was spoiled before being cooked.
I used to eat here almost every day Monday through Friday. I’ll never be back…..

I ordered two 16 pieces. Mixed. One spicy and one original. All pieces were accounted for. I only had 2 issues. My biggest one was my wait time. I was told that I would be waiting 45 minutes but that turned into about 70 minutes. The second issue was that my spicy chicken seemed to be fried just a tad bit too long

Hot & Crispy, just like it’s supposed to be, reminded me of home. The people that work the drive to are extremely friendly. I’ve been traveling across the country on my way back to Texas and I wasn’t in the mood to sit and yet another restaurant or bar. Hail to churches and the crew. There bringing it here. The chicken was clearly fried at the right temperature as it was crispy and cooked to protection (not greasy at all). The biscuit was perfect (Thank you for that) 6/5 stars!, it that’s possible. Here it is!

Stop that Walgreens taking it’s gonna be pretty slow in there but to my surprise anything when very smoothly the manager was there as well and they agreed at me and took care of me real quickly.

I mean, what can you do? There aren’t many restaurants on this side of town. The city isn’t investing in this community…that being said, if you don’t have somewhere you need to be This is your joint. They took forever to get the orders completed ahead of me. Their saving grace is the chicken was immaculate. Crispy, fresh-n-hot, and juicy. I asked for hot sauce, but they were out. The cashier offered me some powder packet. Warning- If you’re eating in your vehicle because you’re running late from waiting in line, don’t accidentally inhale this stuff. Had me coughing and eyes watering
It did taste good though. I could’ve passed on the spicy/dirty rice. I will order from them again, if I’m on that side of town.

I suggest whoever owns this churchs chicken to hire some professional people that actually want to work. How you’ll open @ 10 a.m. but there’s no food ready until 10:30. Despite me placing a order @ 9:45 to pick up @ 10:15 anf yest still having to wait 20 minutes yo get my food. Staff are very unprofessional and lazy if you ask me.
