Visited 2 different Culver’s this week. There is one in Lexington @360 Meijer Way, dined in and had drive-thru. Both experiences were on point. Ordered Bacon Double & Crispy Chicken Deluxe,fries and a drink. Food was fresh and hot, everything was great! Did not waitong to get the food.
Dessert is even better. Concrete chocolate with hot fudge and Reese’s if you’re a true chocolate lover!

Culver’s is always good this location is no exception. The place is clean, the employees are very friendly and professional. The service is good and also fairly quick. If your in Bowling Green Kentucky you can’t go wrong by stopping in and enjoying a Butter Burger with Cheese or the Cheese Curds or one of desserts and shakes. I do highly recommend this Culver’s location .

This review is not for the purposes of deterring anyone from eating at Culver’s but only to share feedback on the food itself. The service at Culver’s is PHENOMENAL. They hire tremendously friendly and kind employees I hope they are paid well. With that said. I spent $18 tonight on the Garlic Burger on Pretzel Bun. The shake I ordered was delicious, the fries were FRESH, but the burger was terribly bland. No garlic flavor at all, not salt and pepper or any seasoning on the burger. So bland that even mayo couldn’t save it. I’ll be back for the service and the shakes, but I’ll be passing on the burgers. I just hope it was a one-off. I hear people rave about the “better brand of beef…”. Tonight was a minor fail.

This Culver’s seems like it’s going downhill. It used to be amazing but this past time we went there the trash in the bathroom was overflowing like no one wanted to take it out and they weren’t even busy when we went for lunch. I had to ask for more condiments as they put only a drop of mustard and ketchup on my burger. Maybe it was just an off day?

Great manager was very accommodating when our online order had 1 item that they ran out of.
Best Customer Service and manager was active on the floor and behind the counter helping out wherever needed. Very responsive

Visited Culvers for the very first time while travelling. I had heard about Culvers but wasn’t exactly sure what all the hype was about but now I know. I thought it was just a burger joint but it appears they have much more than that, chicken, seafood, small salad, etc. Anyways, thinking it was a burger joint, that is what I wanted so I got the double deluxe with fries.
