This was the worst experience I’ve had in fast food or foodservice period! It took over a half hour in drive thru i waited for about 5 min to order after being told to wait when I got to the window there was a female taking orders very hurriedly and short with hardly any politeness, I saw some walk by in plain clothes inside and heard laughing the whole time coming from in the restaurant like a party was going on. My fries were hardy warm and jr bacon cheese burger was inedible the lettuce wasn’t shredded iceberg but slimy and the bun dry. Totally disgusting!! I will never be going back to Wendy’s EVER!!!

Apparently they dont prepare for breakfast because you cant order any of the drinks on the menu other than soda. Person taking my order just kept saying no when i would order a drink until i asked what they did have and was told only soda which did not sound very good at 6:30 am. They were not busy at all only one other customer but it took forever to make it through the drive-through no wonder the place is empty all the time. Poor/slow service and not prepared.

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. No exaggeration. I thought I could run through real fast on the way to an appointment. There were only 2 people ahead of me. People behind me were trying to get cars behind them to back up. I didn’t rate the food, I drove off without waiting.

30 minutes in drive-thru. They take and order, take the money, hand out the food, then take the next order. Each car sits there until the one being served drives away. The French fries are cooked for at least 3 orders ahead, so the next car in line gets the cold fries, and the third car gets cold AND stale fries. We got the new “swirl”. It was actually just a frosty handed to us, where they then told us they were out of chocolate to swirl. Nothing is swirled. It’s a frosty with sweet stuff poured in the bottom, no matter what kind you get. The drive-thru person doesn’t fill the orders, he just stands silently at the register until the vehicle at the window is gone. Then he mumbles through yet another order. I only saw children working there, including the red shirt, who must have been the oldest teenager promoted to manager.

Ordered 2 meals with two frosties on the side. Got 1 sandwich, a chicken sandwich with two diffrent topping (asked for asiago ended up with something with a corn spread on it) 1 of the two fries because the other was chili cheese fries (out of chilli but was OK with a substitute) did not get second set of fries and no refund for frosties or price diffrence. This location is bar far the worst ive ever seen and needs to have the whole staff revamped.

Wendy’s out here in Wasilla is a really odd place, They are often out of basic ingredients, don’t have menu items, and what they do have even if there’s only three or four people in line takes forever. And yes it’s really hard as my wife was saying to me to wait in a line for 30 minutes after you order a baked potato not even knowing if they’re going to have it when you finally get to the other side of the rainbow. I’m not sure that this is a management problem as much as it just may be cursed.

I went through the drive thru. They were out of croissants, so I asked to substitute with an English Muffin. I placed another combo order, plus an Ala carte Sausage Breakfast Burrito. They did not seem to understand the order, so I repeated it. I ended up repeating it three times. At the window the girl was giving me 3 soda’s. I told her I ordered 2 combo’s and an Ala carte breakfast burrito. The girl said, that’s okay, I’ll give it to you. I already had a very bad morning, so I just left, I paid for it, so would just take it. Got home, there was one sausage burrito, one English Muffin with ONLY egg, and one English Muffin with sausage and Swiss sauce. My husband was very disappointed.

Would rate this place zero stars if I could, somehow always out of basic ingredients. Takes for ever just to place my order(literally 20-30 minutes) and then it takes even longer to get my food. By the time I even get it 9/10 times something is wrong with the order. Constantly see cooks scratching their hair just to cook and touch food again. This place SERIOUSLY needs new management to get this place in order.

Had a great experience today. They are quite busy with mobile, DoorDash, drive thru, and dine in customers. I ordered online. Got here and had my food in less than 5 minutes. My order was correct.
The only worry I have is that the cleaner they use on the floor makes it a little slippery.

You could not get any worse!! Took 4x, that’s right, 4x to get our order right. The first we asked for no cheese on two items. Waited over 15min to get the order and both items had cheese. Took them back and they said “Well, we don’t do special orders with no cheese.” Really? So after talking, they redid the order. This time, only one burger patty on what was supposed to be a double bacon. Took it back. Again, only one burger on a double. Finally got our order after 35min. We would have left, but kept thinking this couldn’t be happening and surely they will get it right. What a joke. And look at the pictures of what we ended up with. That’s supposed to be a chicken wrap and a bacon burger. You have one job …
