McD’s is always a quick go to for us, but tonight I (being the child that I am lol) really wanted the Grinch meal and they were already SOLD OUT! Whhhhhyyyyy???? So I had to settle for a nugget Happy Meal, but it was all good . On a side note, they were EXTREMELY busy and the drive thru was so backed up that the BF had to go inside to order our food. He said they were working their tails off. We didn’t eat inside so I can’t really comment on the “atmosphere” lol… I mean, it’s McDonalds, not a 5 ⭐️ restaurant

When I walked in the first thing that overwhelmed my senses was the smell… It was beyond nasty, a mix between cow farm and old frier oil (at that point I should have walked out). I proceeded to look at the menu while the cashier glared at me and made a snarky remark “do you need something!”.
I (quickly) ordered fries, 4 piece nuggets and a mcdouble no pickles add mayo and lettuce. What I received was atrocious.. The fries were old, cold, and mealy. The burger was A MESS, not wrapped properly, absolutely engulfed in mayo, and came with (maybe) 4 tiny pieces of shredded lettuce. (If I could give it zero stars I would) I regret even trying to eat it, I will not be surprised if I end up getting sick…

We went to Pocahontas McDonald’s this evening and had a basically simple order we ordered 3 # 9 MEALS which is 2 cheeseburgers ect we also ordered them as a medium with coke on all the MEALS we asked for NO PICKLES AND EXTRA ONIONS well it took 3 employees to try to get it right I had had it by then so I yelled at them to please listen again the dude slammed the window at the drive thru anyways a manager finally took our order then made us pull up to the yellow line and wait after almost 45inutes the manager brought out our food when she repeated the order it was still WRONG. We got all 6 if the burgers with EXTRA PICKLE NO ONION THEN WE HAD TO ASK FOR STRAWS FOR OUR DRINKS THAT COME WITH THE MEAL AND THEY ACTED LIKE IT WAS A HASSLE TO DO ANYWAYS we get home and not only the picle onion mix up the burgers didn’t even have ketchup on any of them so I will no longer be doing any business with them and we spend a lot of money at McDonald’s so either hire people that are able to do their jobs right or train them better all the employees including managers also if you can’t handle working in customer services industries find another job

I ordered and paid on the app. On arrival in drive through, they couldn’t find my order in the computer. They put it back in and we moved up. I got my drink and they asked me to pull forward. After quite a wait, they brought out the wrong food. Another wait, and finally got what I ordered. It took a total of 6 people, not counting the cook.
