The best experience I’ve ever had here. Food, hot. New arch burger was fresh and hot!! I received an extra fry to boot. I almost wrote this joint off a while back. Everything sucked a few months ago. They must have figured something out.

Nothing but issues at this location. Ordered on the app, my card was charged, and when I got there saw a sign on every door and the drive thru saying the store was closed. Maybe turn off mobile ordering if your store is closed?

They quite litterally never have the dang burritos, I will get off work, wait until almost 7, an hour after they open, and they will never have burritos. It’s ridiculous. I used to work the kitchen at a McDonald’s a few years back, we would have everything prepped before we even opened, if we didnt have it I WOULD ROLL BURRITOS AS WE TOOK THE ORDERS, they never were “unavailable” the ONLY reason this place is worth a 2 star on atmosphere is that the night crew is great, granted, stuff does sit too long in the machines, you can taste the difference. But my biggest peeve is the dang burritos, I get off work and I want burritos, and in order to get them I have to run all the damn way across town to the highway 15 location, WHERE I KNOW THEY WILL NEVER RUN OUT, because that location actually rolls as the orders are taken

You need to ensure your grill staff understands the importance of shaking their fryer baskets along with making sure they are properly separating stacked nuggets especially mid cook so it’s easier. I got one closed together and luckily for me I knew what that meant. Photo proof below. But again make sure your staff knows about this. I’d get it if it was mid rush but I was the only car. Saw one group inside. Love the service here everyone is super nice!

I went inside to order. It took 20 minutes to receive food after paying. Food was like warm. I watched other people order and receive food during this time. Our order was not complicated. When we did get our food brought to our table there was no acknowledgement of the wait. I will go out of my way to go elsewhere in the future.

Got my order wrong, and then made me wait 10 minutes when it was during a slow period. To give me cold food, while the lady whom handed it to me says “well I just watched her wrap it up”, Im sure you did lady. This job takes the least amount of effort. I would have rather I went back there and took the patties out of the warmer myself and made them quick. 2 plain McDonald’s and one only ketchup. Pathetic.

Service is so slow then they hand me my drinks 4 minutes later oh could you pull all the way around to the front of the flags so I did still sitting here waiting over 20 minutes they’re walking all the way around the building to see who foods they have Lord Jesus help us if it’s slow service that mean management is no good employees are not being trained properly that’s the thing wrong with St cloud there are people out here that can run their stores but they choose not to allow them to run their stores cuz they feel the ones they have can do better but it’s not getting any better Lord Jesus help us with fast food in St cloud hopefully the food is fresh especially the fries cuz if not I will be pissed still have not gotten my food drove in at 11:04 and it is 11:19 in no food

Worst service and experience I have ever experienced in the drive through at 0800 on 10/25. Both of my breakfast sandwiches were incorrect (one had incorrect meat and the other was missing the cheese). When I drove back around to the window, the employees would look over but would not acknowledge me. When she finally came to the window, I explained the errors and handed her my slips (2 separate orders) she walked away with them and then came back to the window to argue about why I messed things up. I explained their mistakes which she finally corrected and brought back to me. No apology for the mistakes or “have a nice day”! Worst customer service ever!

I can’t say enough bad things about this McDonald’s. They are constantly forgetting things in my order and the employees are always rude. On top of that the service is extremely slow. Stay away from this place.

Updated review 6/11/25: I like they swapped management teams from Waite park. They both shine wherever they go but the Waite park team is doing pretty good here so far. The food was fresh. They have a lot of elders working here which I appreciate as a young person. It was pretty clean too.
