I dont know why I keep thinking next time will be better. Everytime I get bdubs im just disappointed. I dont know if the quality of wings has dropped or my expectations are to high but. This last order was an absolute joke. The BIGGEST wing I got was literally smaller then my bic lighter. How are you going to charge $30+ literally $1.50 a wing and give this quality.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt with take out because EVERY single time, something is wrong with our order! A couple months ago my husband & I ordered the 20 boneless with a large fry promo, but we upgraded to get wedges instead. This is apparently what they call a large wedge…this picture was taken before even one was taken out of the box. Fast forward to this past Wednesday my daughter and I order the same promo and because of the previous experience I made her check our order before we even left the parking spot. Sure enough – wings were missing! We had ordered 3 different types of sauces and we were completely missing one which then meant we didn’t even receive our 20. She took the whole bag in, had to wait for someone to finally walk by (which happened to be a server) to advise them we were missing part of our order. Their response “well how many wings do you have in your bag” – doesn’t matter you completely forgot to give us a sauce that was clearly printed on the receipt! But regardless of that like I already mentioned this meant we didn’t have the 20 we ordered! She gets our wings, we drive our 8min drive home and my wings (which were not the missing wings) were COLD (I’m not sure of the others as I didn’t try them). We don’t order from here very often, but every single time we have something is wrong with the order. If it happened once okay, you had a bad night but per our experience and by reading other reviews it seems this is a continuous problem and more training needs to be done on expo!

My first visit here and I now see why my friend, who’s been here twice, couldn’t stop hyping it up all day. “The best wings I’ve ever had,” he said, and honestly, I agree! The sauces are next level, the prices are super reasonable, and the staff is both friendly and sharp. We ordered 21 boneless wings between us and loved every bite. If you’re into heat, the Thai Curry and Mango Habanero are must tries. We were hoping for Parmesan Garlic but since it wasn’t available, we went for Honey Garlic instead and it did not disappoint. Every flavor was a hit!

My fiance and I Waited 40 minutes for an appetizer. Multiple groups with 4-5 people came in well after us and got their food before us. The waitress came by and said 1 of our meals was accidentally served to another table and she didn’t want our food sitting long. Then she brings the sides and one of our meals. Clearly all had been sitting longer than she said because it was lukewarm. Fries were cold. Instead of making it fresh like it should’ve been they served food after it sat too long.Terrible service

So I’ve been coming to this location since we moved out here 3 years ago, in the last year it’s become harder to justify coming in for either food or drinks. Either we are sitting and waiting on food or drinks while I see servers just huddling around the station or sitting at a table. Half the time I told it’s because they are lacking cooks, or today when we are trying to find something to eat. I’ve been at my table for 20 minutes with only one pop over for our drink order, honestly if you are wanting food and drinks I think you’re better off going somewhere else.

sat around for an hour waiting for an albino super blond waitress to take our order. She never came. It was a friday night, however slow. there was maybe 4 other tables dining in and we were totally ignored after we had gotten a drink and an appetizer. she was just talking to a bartender and walking around. go to the howell bdubs instead lol, they atleast take your order there.

I came in during the afternoon with a party of 50 people for our boys’ football team, and I cannot thank Amanda (the manager) and her team enough! From the moment we walked in, they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
Anyone who’s ever tried to wrangle 30 kids knows how challenging it can be, but the staff handled it with professionalism, patience, and speed. All of our orders came out quickly, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
Huge appreciation to Amanda and her team for making this such a great experience for our boys and families. We’ll definitely be back!
