We waited almost two hours on Valentine’s Day… and I’d absolutely do it all over again.
Joey, our sommelier and server, was incredible. He made the wine selection fun and personal, and everything he recommended paired perfectly with our meal. Even with how busy it was, he gave us his full attention and made the night feel special. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does.
Abby was at the host stand all night kind, calm, and attentive. I had no idea she was the owner because she never gave off that “owner” vibe. She was right there working, helping everyone, and somehow managed to get us seated when it looked like there wouldn’t be room. I only found out she owned the place after Joey told me at the end of dinner.
When I say words can’t even emphasize how good the service and food were, I mean it. I completely understand why this place is as popular as it is.
I don’t write reviews often, but this one was earned.

The food and service were great. We were just walking down the street and saw this cute little spot. I’m so glad we stopped and had dinner here. It is a hidden gem in downtown Savannah. Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Must try !!

We had an amazing dinner for my wife’s Birthday. Service by Aisley and the rest of the staff was amazing. The food was spectacular. We drove from Charleston for the wheel of cheese pasta and it was unreal. The appetizers were amazing, try the Chef Special and Shrimp Appetizer. The entrees were amazing, the Tiramisu was the best we have ever had. Can’t wait to be back! We had an amazing time!

The food was amazing and it was great that we were able to just take an outdoor seat instead of having to wait a little while for an indoor seating. My seafood pasta was a little expensive but it tasted great so I had no problem. They had ran out of lobster unfortunately.

Wow, what a gem! We’ve been coming to Savannah for years, appreciate good food, and somehow we missed this wonderful restaurant until we happened by it on a trolley tour. Attentive servers, wonderful ambiance, absolutely delicious food. We can’t wait to go back on our next visit to Savannah!!!

Super cute restaurant and the food is really good. I got the Pollo Fettuccine which was delicious. The only reason I am rating 3 stars is because of how they do the service. I think it’s wonderful that everyone works together but to get cashed out for the table I was with took so long. It took at least 20 minutes for someone to come by and grab my card to cash out. The table I was at was outside so it’s likely we were forgotten about but it just ruined the end of the experience.

This was my first experience here and it was exactly what my soul was craving. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely polite and accommodating. The food came out quicker than anticipated for how busy they were and was absolutely delicious. 10/10. The conversations and atmosphere were quaint and sultry. It had the bustle of Italia with the quietness of a romantic evening alone. I brought my Bible to read in-between courses and as the evening grew darker so did the lighting as truly the only lighting was the candle at your table, although most venture here as couples looking for a romantic dinner without phones and I was trying to read the good word so take that with a grain of “salt of the earth” By the time I left (2+ hours later ) I was on a first name basis with pretty much everyone in the restaurant and will absolutely be returning when my soul needs another dose of comfort Thank you for an amazing night, amazing food and a wonderful experience. The bread and oil/vinegar in the beginning of the meal sets the tone for how absolutely delicious the food will be. I ordered the bruschetta which is very different from my homemade version but extremely refreshing and delicious. The main course, I ordered the Pollo Parmigiana and asked for Papadella noodles instead of the Angel Hair that comes with it normally, as well as a side of meatballs because I couldn’t make up my mind which I preferred. I haven’t had true authentic Italian food in longer than I can remember and am so glad I finally tried this place. You won’t regret it I promise

Bella Napoli is one savannahs hidden gems that all the locals know. Everytime we go is exceptional, but a special shout out to Joey (and the hostess with fantastic style that’s been there for a while) for always insuring a fabulous experience… thank you

It was delicious both times we went there! The staff is always so great and sweet too. That bread is also a new obsession, and their Riesling (wine) choice was delicious!

Food and service were good. A little overpriced for the quality. Tasted good but not genuinely Italian. Music left a lot to be desired. I was shocked to hear Spanish Salsa. More music was in Spanish than Italian. I love Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra and a song each would have been fine, not a whole set. They are NOT Italians but Italo-Americani. I did recognize Andrea Boccelli, but he was the only Italian
