Was there last night. We had a reservation for a party of 35. It ended up being more along the lines of 50 ppl. Our waitress did an amazing job keeping up with each person! Food was good, drinks were good, and they didn’t complain our party put the restaurant on a wait. If I had to do another party it will be done here! Thank you Wings and Rings family for helping us celebrate last night ❤️

A friend of mine and I stopped here for lunch. We were both disappointed with the service. He ordered his wing sauce on the side and it came on it and I ordered a medium rate hamburger and they refused to make it saying their cooks don’t know how to control the temperature. So, I got a grilled chicken sandwich and it was rather disappointing. The chicken was very thin and only took up about 3/4 of the bun. It was also dry. We were just hungry and just wanted to eat and get out of there. My friend kept flagging him down for beer and other things he had asked for. He did say the wings were pretty good though. The last time I was there, I had a similar experience, but the place was slammed due to a benefit for someone, so I gave them breathing room. When we went on Monday, it was pretty dead. The reason I gave the food and service a 3 star, was that his wings were good and my service wasn’t bad. If both were bad for the both of us, I would have lowered it. The atmosphere was pretty good for a conversation though.

When I’m craving chicken wings or boneless, this is my go-to place! They have the best, meatiest, tastiest wings around. Wayyyy better than BW-3’s. The wing types, sauces, heat levels, and combinations are endless. Plus you can’t beat their onion rings, potato wedges, etc. They have something on their menu for everyone. The service is fast and friendly. There are so many tv’s it’s the perfect place to watch your favorite games. I’ve been coming here for years and still love it. They do not disappoint. It’s a must visit for sports fans and very family friendly too. Keep up the great work as always guys!! Cheers .

We had a great experience today. Lillian (Lilly) was our waitress. She really went above and beyond. After ordering our appetizer she came back to tell us it looked overcooked so she sent it back to be replaced. When it came out it was excellent. She always checked on us and was very polite and professional. One of the best waitresses we have ever had.

This place will be closed hopefully sooner rather than later. They served someone at my table a regular burger rather than a veggie burger she had ordered. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS IN ONE EAR AND OUT THE OTHER. Heard the staff screaming about cockroaches in the hallways. There is new management everytime you go there. They are more than likely a teenager with zero experience. I’ve been coming to this place for 5 years now and it’s gone down hill significantly. I am a regular and I do know a few managers who have quit or been fired over the years. They always said they felt unappreciated and underpaid. One young lady said he was being paid 15.50 an hour to manage. Said there were cooks being paid more than she was allotted. Just seems weird idk how you expect someone to fully run a restaurant for 15 an hr. I’ve also seen this manager fella walk into this restaurant in shorts. T-shirt. Flip flops and just fire someone and walk back out to his jeep like nothing happened. You walked in fired the only guidance they had and then left. I’ve heard the staff say they are required to get reviews so all staff members will make fake reviews so they don’t get in trouble

This was my first time here, and it was pretty good. We came with a work group, and Robin was great to us. Excellent, fast, and courteous service. I know big group’s with separate checks can be a pain at times. I had the 5 smoked wings, plain, and a Caesar salad. The wings were tasty for a large wing joint, and the same with the salad. They have tons of televisions if you’re looking for a place to watch a game. They are definitely worth a try if you’re in the area.

This place, especially at the bar is too cold. The Door Dash door constantly opening with drafts contributes some, but feels several degrees too low in general even after moving to the opposite side of the car l bar away from the door. I notice people at the bar leaving their jackets on and wearing hats. Left earlier than intended because of that, will avoid coming back during the winter, not sure if it’s better in Spring, Summer, and Fall
