Waited close to 10 minutes just to order with only one person ahead of me. Bowl was only halfway filled. Because of this I asked if I could have extra lettuce and was told there was no way to ring it up. While I understand no one should expect extra food for free, 1) it’s literally lettuce, 2) I only asked for extra in order to receive an adequate portion of SOMETHING in the bowl. Meat that was dropped as it was being put in the bowl was not replaced. Plastic wrap (from wrapped brisket) and the inedible stem of a head of lettuce was inside the bowl (at least I got something extra!). Customer service was needlessly rude. I have been coming to this 4 Rivers regularly for three years and will not return due to this experience.

The new location on campus next near the William-Johnston building is great! (Next to the CFA express). Much more open than the last one and with tons of seating. The food is excellent and the people working there are very enthusiastic about what they are doing. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great, quick bite to eat on campus.

Good food. The Brisket was a little fatty, but the sandwich was good. The mac and cheese tasted like it came out of a can but the slaw was awesome.
