Best chicken taco plate there is in Auburn, I got 1 beef and 1 chicken, they were authentic in every way and not too spicy for my white ass! They gave us plenty of different sauces to use on our tacos amd it comes with rice and beans.I will definitely be going back, the construction right out front is confusing but if your heading up the hill it’s just before California Burrito on the left. Like I said I will be going back and trying different things!!! So yummy!

Had Asada/Carnitas burrito, The nice lady that took my order was great. She did undersell the burrito however, it was worth every penny. This place is a GEM and don’t let them fool you saying the burrito isn’t that big. I have seen smaller babies, but I will tell you, every bite was awesome!

I have eaten mexican food and taco trucks my whole life and this is one of the best food trucks in all of Washington. These people know what they are doing and you can tell they put their love into this food.
All of their food is perfectly seasoned, (including the beans and rice)and their salsas are rich and flavorful(not watered down like most places).
I eat here multiple times a week and I have never had a bad item. The people who run this place are extremely nice and make it easy to come back! If you like tacos, you must try this place.
