Have been to this location 3 times trying to redeem a reward every time i try i get told “we cant do shakes right now”. Girl always has an attitude now the reward is going to expire so i loose out thanks!….ive ordered door dash from this location several times over the last couple of months the food has been less then steller and items left off ive let that go but now i cant even redeem a reward because “they cant do shakes”. That are listed all over your menu and they have not been shut off in the app saying not available what if someone orders it and gets there and it cant be fulfilled. Or is it because she just doesnt wanna fool with it ? Hmmmmm

Went through the drive thru at this location and it will beyond last visit ever to this location. Every time I’ve been in the past has included being pulled ahead to park in the drive thru. Even if I was the only car there. Ive had bad experiences pretty much every time except once or twice. One time wife found a hair in her roast beef sandwich, almost every time I didn’t receive everything I ordered. Sauce was not offered or given even when requested. Very rarely is there even napkins in the bag. The most recent visit was for a 2 can dine for $12.99. Coupons stated it was for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks and a 4 PC mozzarella sticks. Both sandwiches had cold beef on them, fries were old, soggy and cold. Drinks were a little over halfway filled, and surprise surprise, no mozzarella sticks, or napkins. Sauce was not offered, and I was pulled ahead to park and had the window shut in my face as I tried to request Sauce. Sat parked for close to 5 minutes. Won’t be back to this location. Possibly not to any location after this experience. Way too expensive and much too low quality to justify going back.

The service was great. Asked for fries with no salt, no problem got them fresh and hot. Roast beef had a hair in it. No problem with the refund. The floor was sticky, I mean you could hear and feel it under your feet. Bathrooms were dirty.

How can you serve this to people? All of the food is several hours OLD and brown from sitting under a heat lamp for so long. We were so excited to get the potato cakes since they were discontinued for years only to receive this. All of the food was was like this, too. Absolutely disgusting.

Haven’t been to Arby’s in over 2 years. I usually ordered the Ham and Swiss sandwich with fries. Felt like a change from the other fast food places today so I went to Arby’s. $10+ for a ham and Swiss sandwich combo meal. My question is, “where’s the meat”??
There is more bread and fries than meat. I called and asked what gives. The manager said they only put 3 ounces of ham on the sandwich. Every other time I had that sandwich it was full of meat. I understand that there is a cutback with food costs, but not like that. That is a snack size portion. I’ll go back to get my free meal. But after that, Arby’s is on my do not go back to ever again list.

Why is it always “Pull forward please.” Sit at the wi dow for 10 minutes to pull forward and wait a other 10 minutes? You need a crew that works. Ot just 2 or 3 people. Yeah, never going back.

Ordered loaded italian and the onions were very bad ruined sandwich. They had fresh turnovers on counter and it made me want one, so i said ill buy one of those, they reached in a pocket and give me two in bags. They were small and hard as a rock. Boy was ok girl was a little unfriendly. Very unhappy.
