Firstly the five stars strictly is thanks to JAEL!!! Customer service from her was spot on! As a property manager I would love to have her on my team as patience, upbeat, genuinely helpful and being knowledgeable are top tier and wanted in my line of work. Her coffee suggestion won me over and she seemed so delighted to help me find a new favorite coffee combo. Establishment was and is always clean, staff are always pleasant but today Jael really was that girl! I recognized her greeting from an order I made two weeks ago while in the drive through but today I was finally able to put a face to the upbeat employee. Coffee was excellent, donuts weren’t stale and Ms.Jael is whom I hope to get every time I come in. I hope she reads this. Ma’am you were such a delight, it’s rare I get great customer service since being stationed here in GA.

The staff was very friendly, which is why they got 4 Stars. However, the glazed donuts were stale, and I didn’t feel like driving back to let them know. I like their coffee but didn’t get any this time.

Bad service. First they said they were out of hot fudge and chocolate syrup (at an ice cream store)! Next the server seemed like she wasn’t happy being there, no smile. Then I asked for a waffle cone, which was stale ☹️ . Finally, I tried to order a chocolate covered waffle cone which again they were out of chocolate but another customer ordered one and it mysterious appeared. I’m not one to give a bad review but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended)

Stopped by for some ice cream. A few people ahead of us. They got served pretty quick. I fact another person came in and ordered right in front of us and bypassed the line. We were told to wait, 20 minutes later, two employees walked out, and the only one left was serving the drive-through. Again, he said he would be with us in a bit. 35 minutes later, we walked out!!!

I wasn’t greeted properly all this guy that was a teenager said was, “Ma’am you can go ahead and order.” And then I ordered a plain bagel slightly toasted with original cream cheese. I got my order and there was no salutations again so I just drove off. When I checked the bagel with cream cheese lol the bagel wasn’t slightly toasted and there was no cream cheese on it. I went back to this Dunkin’ Donuts and told them there was no cream cheese on this bagel. You know what this lady did… she got a little cream cheese package and handed it to me. And she was like, “we don’t take food back.” First of all, I should’ve gotten a new bagel with cream cheese then and second of all they are wasting my time and money. They should all be fired!

Great place to grab a nice bite to eat , nice service inside and thru the drive thru , the bathrooms were nice and clean with a cool dunkin doughnuts accent , i bery satisfied with my service the nice lady smiled and was nice the overall place was open and had seating avalible there’re also outside seating which is cool of your a outside eater , it has eveything like cups and city souvenirs

countless times i come here and every time, it NEVER fails, the young ladies who work here never fill my drink? they always get mad and get an attitude when i ask for more ice or milk in my drinks.. don’t give someone a cup that’s not filled all the way up and expect a customer to be upset. here’s one of many times it’s happened.
