Fastfood only during trips and this has to be the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to out of any city or state. The restaurant is super clean and food taste great. Probably due to them changing out the oil often. Jackie that works there is amazing. They’re lucky to have her. Will definitely come back.

All new fully remodeled location. Every high tech and nice. Many seats and outdoor seating as well. Some parking spots are covered by the solar powered panels. Order by yourself using the fully automated kiosks or at rhe counter. All tables include QR codes to order as well. Upscale McDonald’s and staff were all nice and helpful. Bathrooms are super nice and clean. Will Def come back if I’m back in Boulder. My kids enjoyed walking on the wall arch area. Nice setting and lots of places to sit.

Terrible service. Order through the app and curbside pick up. Arrived a 6 minutes later and waited 18 minutes before I noticed other drivers in curbside going in to get their food. What kind of service is that? Fries had no salt and food was tepid, which made it cold by the time I got home. McDonald’s needs to do something about this terrible service!

Ordered food on the app and chose curbside pick up. Arrived at the store and waited for over 15 minutes! No one came out and other customers at the curbside started to go in to check on their food. I finally went in and told them I’ve been waiting outside. They asked me for the number and handed me a bag of COLD food… they had my food the whole time and just let it sit there. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Ok so I really really like this McDonalds and the food late at night and early early in the morning is really good. HOWEVER the day shift food is quite the opposite. It’s always messed up. Today the meat was undercooked and they gave me a sausage patty instead of a beef patty. How do you confuse the 2 and undercook the meat. They also gave us extra mayonnaise when we asked for none. It had us gagging my partner and I gagging. Idk who’s working day shift but today they did an awful job. The employees there are overall so sweet and again late at night and early morning is really good!

This might be 3/101, and ill know in 2 hrs.

Went yesterday to have breakfast and didn’t have too pleasant of an experience. I never got my receipt in the drive through which made the following more difficult.
After confirming I had the right order and paying, I drove up to the pick up window and they didn’t have the wrong order queued up, as me what I ordered, and then had me drive up to the next window where I waited for 5 minutes. Then I had the manager ask what I ordered, and I didn’t even get all my items, they forgot the hash browns for my combo meals, so I had to go in and get them, and they didn’t even give me my egg McMuffin I just got a regular McMuffin.
I will never come to this McDonald’s again.
