Couldn’t seem to keep up with the pizza on the buffet. It wasn’t very busy while we were in there, but plates were left pilled up on a table for almost an hour. I had to use the restroom but decided to hold it. Not sure if they ever clean the restrooms. Sadly the 5.99 buffet deals on monday and Tuesdays brought me here.. kids love cicis, so I hope they do better for next time.

The ones in Montgomery closed down and since we were in Prattville today,decided to stop by for a quick lunch amidst our shopping. We found a friendly staff, clean establishment and pretty good food for the price. The coke was out and after notifying an employee, it was changed quickly and she even came over to let me know it was up and running. I wanted to try a little bit of everything so I started with a salad. Can’t go wrong there,right? All fresh, nicely displayed and CLEAN! ⭐️ Next was the pasta and soup. Not quite sure what the soup was but it was tasty. The pasta was quite a bit overdown as it fell apart mixing it with the sauce. ♀️ Let’s talk pizza! If what you like isn’t there, the employee says she’ll be happy to make it for you. Now that’s customer service!!! Of course, I tried two slices already made and was like, “Okay, not bad!” All you can eat for $10.00. Kid birthday party was going on in another section so definitely kid friendly and a recent 95 score! Y’all rock!

Good day today. I took several kids to cicis pizza. They had a good time playing and eating. The food was fresh and delicious and the ice tea was excellent. First time I’ve gone there in several years, will definitely go back soon.

Went today Monday 15th, pizza was good but the place was dirty and the floor was trashed! Walking through was like a Frogger game just to avoid the tomato sauce all over the floor! The manager said it’s hard to keep a wet floor clean but idk

Honestly if there was a no star I would give it, horrible, dirty place will never return, went to eat late diner with fam. They had mentioned that they were not going to make more pizzas due to being late 9:15pm, the pizzas that were on the serving table were cold, the ice machine had no ice, they noticed I was taking pics and the cleaning lady started making pizzas with no gloves not to mention the cashier was eating pizza in the back with other coworkers, PS got stomach sick, will never return ever.

So, we hadn’t planned on cicis pizza. We had planned on subway for the 6.99 special as seen on TV, or using the coupons we had received in the mail. However, they are a non participating store and thats why they were empty at lunch time. So, we said maybe cicis. We went in and the manager Claudette was like a breath of fresh air. She made us feel like royalty. She asked what kind of pizza we’d like to see on the buffet. She then made it happen. Her staff were all friendly and working just as hard as she was, all of them carried smiles as they worked. I ate with my family and enjoyed hot fresh pizza and salad. The busboy cleaned the tables quickly and efficiently. I am so impressed to see a manager that gets it! A good manager sets the tone for all the workers and it was beyond obvious that Claudette is a amazing manager. This was by far our best experience at a cicis restaurant. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing Claudette running the show! She makes a difference! Subway was empty, but cicis was busy! Thank you so much for the perks Claudette! You made our day!

hard pizza, hard cinnamon rolls, and hard brownies, you could use the crust for a weapon. cici’s montgomery was much better this is disappointing. highly expensive for subpar food.

Food was ok….seemed like they couldn’t keep up with the pizzas. The arcade was a rip off. The games kept stealing our points and half of the games didn’t work . They also moved us to the small side of the store because they were hosting a team of 35 boys. Thankfully we got our food before they showed up !
