DON’T ORDER HERE EVEN MOBILE OR YOU’LL PAY 250 EXTRA$$$

Management allows predatory towing in their lot and does nothing to protect customers. After years of mobile ordering at this location, I won’t be back. We parked while waiting on a mobile order and briefly stepped into another store in the plaza. In less than 10 minutes, our car was towed. Nearby employees said the tow company watches for anyone who leaves the lot.

When I spoke to the manager, she said the tow driver only comes in to ask for owners. Additionally we were towed so quickly we never had a chance to respond and show our mobile order receipt. She sarcastically suggested we should have stayed in our car while waiting. If that’s the policy, there should be clear signage. Instead, customers are left vulnerable at the processes of their shady tow company.

Plenty of other McDonald’s locations nearby — this one isn’t worth the risk.

So can someone put a phone number that actually works! I place a mobile order #1609 today and when I went to pick up and got home all my fries were missing, I had 3 order of fries. Since I was already home I tried calling but there is no answer. I would like a refund or credit for my missing items

This mcdonalds has bad late night service. Ordering was fine. But then got my food. It was missing the apple pie. Drove back down the road to get it. Had to wait behind 3 cars. Employee just hands it over, no apology or any communication for that matter. Would of thought you would try to offer me a extra one since you forgot it and now the rest of my food is gonna be cold. But whatever. When it came to eating the food the Fries had no flavor barely any salt, and ranch snack wraps had very little sauce. Overall was not a good experience at a mcdonalds.

Don’t know why all the negative reviews. Been working in Paterson for 9 years and have been going here at least once or twice a month for breakfast or lunch and I never had a problem. Everyone has been very nice and polite always. Never had an issue with my orders either. The place is kept very clean as well.

Got my order wrong, went around to just change it I didn’t touch my stuff either but I got ignored for like 10-15 minutes just waiting to get addressed, just acted like I didn’t exist while I just sat there and the line grew crazy long. Pretty rude I didn’t even say anything bad to them either just got straight up ignored until they eventually stopped just sitting there refusing to even bother to interact with me, very weird.

Orders are consistently incorrect. I asked for tomatoes 3 times and still no tomato. I asked for honey mustard and get sweet and sour. On top of that they make you park to wait for food. 1 star this place cant get an order right.

Horrible experiences and they wait and stare for people to park outside to call the tow even if you’re there for less than 10 minutes. It’s one thing to call it in after a car is there for a long time but to wait and stare and call right when someone gets there is too much. Horrible policy and will never recommend this place to anyone.

came in at 10 tried to go into the dining room but they claimed they are “closed” but their times says dining hours 11 pm, this happens almost everytime i come here after work. There’s literally people inside dining. so why i can’t go inside is really weird to me. it’s 10:25pm as of right now. This ridiculous if you’re closing the dining room at 10 then advertise that on your signs. never coming back here again. literally a waste of my time. Then the staff ignores those at the door like at least tell us you’re not going let them in. i will leave a bad review on them daily.

When I went to McDonald’s on 3rd ave this past weekend, my experience was below satisfied. When I went to place my order on the Kiosk, the receipt got jammed. I pressed the “Assistance” button but no one answered. I was annoyed little annoyed but I tried again on the 2nd one; no receipt. I tried…again on the 3rd Kiosk, no receipt. Finally on the 4th one, I got my receipt.

This is ridiculous man, the kiosks are supposed to make it easier for the customers to make orders and for staff to make them but what’s the point if they don’t work? ‍♂️ All it does is just make it more difficult to place your order. Also, if someone presses the “Assistance” button then someone should actually “assist” the customer. If not, then get rid of the Kiosks altogether.
