This place is an excellent choice for Mexican food in Little Rock. Staff was very friendly, and it was not busy on a Friday night. Ordered the steak tacos, which was flavorful. The strawberry frozen margarita was delicious as well – I appreciated the mug they put them in, keeps the margarita frozen throughout the meal. Will definitely be back!

Don’t sleep on this little gem of a restaurant! I’ve been eating here since I was a kid…almost 30 years! I’ve NEVER been disappointed! I get the same thing pretty much every time (fajita chicken quesadilla, cheese dip, and salsa verde) and it has always been consistent for ALMOST 30 YEARS! That, in and of itself, is impressive as hell. You can’t go wrong with La Hacienda in Little Rock. Do yourself a favor and get in there! And don’t forget to snag a large to-go container of their salsa verde…best I’ve ever had!!

We have eaten here a few times. Most of the time, we’ve enjoyed the food. They must have a new cook, because the food wasn’t as good as we remembered. The red chili sauce was so sweet, I couldn’t even finish my meal. It tasted nothing like red chili should taste. I grew up eating Mexican food, and I’ve had it in restaurants from California, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, and many other places. This was “not” like any kind of red chili I’ve ever had before. I’d say they need to fix this recipe or get a cook that can make real red chili because this wasn’t it in any way! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. On the other hand, the other hand, the chili relleno my wife hand was pretty tasty, but the cook forgot to take the big seed pod out before stuffing it. Either forgot or was taking shortcuts. It seems to be quality is not what it used to be. Giving a middle of the road rating is about the best I can do on this visit.

Everything here was great. LOVED the queso dip! Never had mole before, so gave that a shot and felt it was very tasty. Wish I could try more things on the menu (Margaritas looked awesome), but I am just passing through. Everyone else in the party enjoyed their meal as well. Service was very friendly and the place was well taken care.

I have been here over a dozen times. I love that they give you normal salsa and tomatillo salsa verde. Service has always been great and quick, food is consistently good and comes out quickly.
There really isn’t a lot to complain about here. It’s in my top 3 Mexican restaurants in central Arkansas. The only con I have is no lunch menu on weekends. The dinner menu is a tad more expensive than some Mexican restaurants but it’s still worth it.

Ignacio and his staff have always been an incredible provider of excellent food service and professionalism.
I strongly recommend you to eat there and find out for yourself about their authentic taste of Mexican cuisine.

Everything we had was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place even if it’s out of your way come give LA Hacienda a try they will not disappoint. From the fresh chips and salsas to the beans, rice, tender steak and homemade corn tortillas I was absolutely satisfied with my meal. Great Mexican food!! Also service and wait time is top notch!

Good food. Moderate prices. The tables stuck in the walkway are cramped and seem like an afterthought. The tables are only set up for two and yet they squished three of us in with absolutely no walkways. The adjacent booth was so loud we could barely hear each other or even the waiter to order.
