I ordered a Caramel Latte without ice, and they provided one with extra ice in it. Upon letting them know, they made another one, which barely filled 60% of the container. Additionally, the lady serving it was rude.

Id like to give this 5 stars, but I cant. Blonde girl running the window was cool and cordial. The two African girls were dancing in back basically my whole drive through visit laughing making tik toks. I told the blonde girl they should be making food for customers, not tik toks. She then proceeded to tell the girls what I said, at that point the girls making tik toks said “who said that?!” Got upset and walked to the window to hand me my food, realized I was with my friend and gave me a stare from hell and said nothing. Also, not sure whether they pruposely or accidentally left out the fries. Made our visit extremely uncomfortable. Will not be back.

There is nothing better than a perfect Filet-O-Fish from McDonald’s! Steamed bun, hot fish, and lots of tartar sauce. The BEST! And that was how Filet-O-Fish was served. Perfect! I highly recommend this McDonald’s!

They like to serve raw quarter pounders and have done it at least off and on multiple times over the last handful of years. The last time this happened just a few months ago and I reported them they decided to retaliate against me and good night service because of my service animals claiming that my full service animals were not full service and that somehow they seem to think they can dictate what is and is not a full service animal. So definitely watch your food and make sure your quarter pounders are fully cooked as well as watch out for the ridiculous attitude and demeanor of the bogus staff. Please be careful and keep yourself safe when dealing with bogus places like this one.

Drive threw line – takes forever
Had to be parked – took forever
Finally get my food and what do you know all the Fry’s are cold.
Take it in to exchange for hot fry’s and the girl says she just made them. No you didn’t, they are ice cold. I hand her the bag and wait for my hot fry’s.
Took forever.
Girl with purple hair that has been helping me with my order the whole time then took care of the entire drive threw line with the fresh fry’s that came up while I was standing there instead of giving me anything till she was done moving the drive threw line. Then said nothing . While the manager poked his head out to have me helped I told him I’ve been waiting over 20 mins and did that make anyone take care of anything quicker or apologize for anything ? No it didn’t . While I stood there, girl with purple hair sat on her phone right in front of me a took care of more “important “ things on her phone before helping me . Only attitude and disrespect is what I got here. I almost forgot to mention , when I got the bag of fry’s they were all upside down except two, and those two fry’s were half full .
I finally left at 6:53pm

Waited in the drive thru and told them 1 second and the girl took the other drive thrus order and I thought she was going to come back to me and then let 2 other cars on the other side go so I was sitting there for 10 min and went to the windows to order and she told me I couldn’t order at the windows and explained the situation to her and she kept arguing with me. Honestly just so annoying.

We asked & were charged for extra caramel on my two frappes, the second windows girl did the regular amount then we asked for extra again and said that’s what we ordered, and she proceeded to hold them out the window stating this is extra. The 60 cents isn’t that big of the deal, but it’s the principle if I’m gonna ask and pay for it I should receive it not act like the caramel is being taken out of paychecks. Our visit occurred at 610 Pm on April 15.
