Once again my order was incorrect. I specifically asked that my chips be separate from my nacho toppings to eat later at work without being soggy. I requested no tomatoes and it seemed like they added twice as many. It’s not that hard to read a ticket and this was not a high peak volume period.

Terrible service, our whole order was wrong. I ordered 3 soft tacos with sour cream, and 3 hard tacos supreme. We got 6 regular hard tacos. I drove back to exchange it, and the cook argued with the cashier about how the order was right. Then they remake it incorrect again, then fix it finally. The cashier told me to keep the mess ups and as I left a greasy little dude came around the counter trying to be threatening talking about I’ll be banned if I take it. Brother ban me from the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to because you don’t know how to serve. What’s funny is I came back within a day and got served. Be better and stop throwing fits because you don’t know how to read or do your job. Also cut your hair and shower.

Omg. SO SLOW, when they have so few customers in store or in drive thru. I go through it every time, so am I going to have to drive to a farther location. They get the orders wrong, but the absolutely SLOW SERVICE is unacceptable!!!

the workers were nice enough when giving me my food but i literally got one food item and it was incredibly disappointing. i got a beefy 5 layer burrito, no beans and extra sour cream. there may have been extra sour cream but it was all at the bottom as well as a little bit of cheese so i couldn’t really tell. it was so flat it was floppy. there was no beans (yippee) but at what cost?
i don’t like taco bell because i used to work there but my bsf loves it so ill eat there occasionally but this is another reason i hate it. the food is almost always so so disappointing.

It’s newly renovated and it seems that service has improved since their remodel. We went inside and it’s basically Kiosk driven to order. They have a sign that says “use the kiosk due to short staff”. Not a problem for me. But I saw someone come in and they took their order no problem. Still have a fountain machine so that’s nice. Restrooms were clean.
The drive thru takes longer than average and there is no way out once you enter the drive thru. So pack some patience!
Overall, it’s definitely an improvement from their last place. If they get the proper staffing, then it will be a good place to eat.

i think the lettuce i was given was expired or something because it was really nasty. also, there was a long blonde hair in my food on my burrito… otherwise, the food was good i guess, but i didn’t finish either of the items and will not be going back.

I quit going there for about3 months and today decided to give them another chance.. They failed AGAIN.
ordered Soft Taco SUPREME with extra cheese, got a soft taco regular cheese.
Im almost afraid to look at the burrito.. Yep Cheesy double beef burrito extra cheese, no rice no Fiesta strips.. Well got no extra cheese.
That’s why I always order sides of cheese. But I already paid for extra cheese..
Oh well, I won’t be going back..

We ordered door dash through the app for this location and was delivered the wrong food and when we contacted them to fix it they told us we had to bring the food into them in order to get it remade when we asked for it to be delivered in the first place. Don’t go here bad management and they don’t give you the right food order. Never go here!
