This McDonald’s is pretty good for north county. Just as good as any of them in the city. It’s what you would expect nothing more nothing less. I have seen them take 30 seconds to make an order and also take 20 min to make 2 McDoubles. Overall this McDonald’s gets a 4 star from me. 5 star on service because I seen the employees give out a free large fry to a man who came in with no money to feed his family.

You can o ly have the size drink you pay for if you get a soda….?….I paid for a medium big mac meal, when asked what i wanted to drink i said just ice. I was told they can’t do that. So I then said okay just bring it up as a Coke and just give me a cup of ice. They gave me a child size Happy Meal size cup full of ice… not my medium size i paid for.

Despite physically giving the man my receipt for him to read off, they got my order incorrect. I had to go inside, wait 10 minutes for them to even get my order correct. I get home and try to drink my tea, and it is not sweet, despite me ordering a sweet tea. I call up to the store, because I live 15 minutes away and they cannot issue a refund without me being in store. Personally, they need a almost completely new staff and new management, because there is no reason this many mistakes should have occurred.

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I placed an order on the kiosk, and the machine froze after taking my money. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the manager, Dilan Sanchez, told me he couldn’t give me my food because there was no receipt — even though I saw him reboot the machine. I was left without food, without a refund, and no help.
On top of that, both the manager and crew were extremely rude, and one employee even acted like they wanted to fight me. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. The staff here seriously needs retraining on customer service and professionalism.

I would like to say that this is a good McDonald’s…which wouldn’t necessarily be a LIE. During the morning and afternoon that are pretty good…the evening shift though??? I don’t know what they are in there doing but nothing in the order is ever right after 6:30pm, the lobby is close after about 5pm, the ice cream machine suddenly “doesn’t work” and the drive through line is 15-20 minutes long. I know it’s just a McDonald’s so I really can’t complain too much but good LORD!!!! The morning crew is great, attentive, quick and orderly. But after 6pm all hell breaks loose.

Ordered through DoorDash and food was horrible. Fries cold a soggy with no salt. Received 2 orange drinks when one should have been a sprite. Added bacon to my double cheeseburger and received the oldest burger of the day. Also no sauce for my nuggets.
