Every time I visit this location, it is top-notch for Wendy’s locations. The food is always hot and fresh. The customer service is outstanding. You rarely receive this level of customer service in the restaurant industry as a whole.
Overall, this is the best Wendy’s location in the area. They even treat Dashers like their regular customers. Other locations will make you wait to pick up a delivery until after ALL other customers are served, but not this Wendy’s. The food is always ready to go.

Ordered thru the drive thru. Ordered a chicken wrap combo meal. Had a $1 off premium combo from the Wendy’s app. Asked for my receipt. Was told it was in the bag. Upon checking my credit card was charged $19.15. This meal should have been around $10. Folks ask for receipts. Never again Wendy’s!!!!!

Told me to pull up to 2nd window for my receipt! Then didn’t let me have it! (No points for my purchase!) I Didn’t get my fries and the strawberry lemonade tasted like generic, over watered, nastiest flavor kool-aid! The Dave’s triple sandwich looked like the holiday tree after you threw it out! It looked literally like it was dropped and shoved back together and wrapped
I appreciate the holiday cheer from your staff who honestly scared me when she hollered something festivus, But I would have appreciated my food order being correct, even more!

The new GM Tammy has turned this place upside down, and not for the better. I know when I was in there earlier, I overheard a conversation between the GM and someone making very disparaging remarks against Christians. I just can’t believe she would do it in front of customers. I would not recommend this wendy’s at all.

2 times now I have went and ordered through the drive thru. Both times I ordered a triple baconator, and both times I get home only to realize that they have made me the wrong sandwich. Just left there today with a order for a triple baconator meal and a crispy chicken BLT biggie bag. Not only was I given a Dave’s triple, but my biggie bag had no sauce and didn’t even have bacon on the sandwich. This location used to be the best in the area and now its a joke.

I went through the drive through about 10:30pm Saturday (tonight). Hamburger was so cold, the cheese wasn’t even soft, let alone melted and the bun was stale. I was very disappointed as this is not my usual experience at this Wendy’s. Needless to say, I did not get the late dinner I wanted after leaving the ER.

Last time I was there I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and was absolutely disgusting !! I could barely eat it because there was so much sauce on it ! It was completely drenched and soggy…this time I gave them a second chance and my fries were so oversalted I couldn’t even eat them and the crispy chicken sandwich barely had lettuce or tomato on it for some reason it had pickles on it too?? for such a big sandwich you would think that they would know to add a little bit more…Friendly and fast service though and food is always hot, but just those minor details is enough for me to stop going not to mention I can’t afford to eat there anymore…A #4 almost costed me almost $10!! Wendy’s is no longer my favorite place to eat….
