This was my first time here and I was very impressed! It took a minute to figure what I wanted because everything looked so good! From my order as shown I got the Nashville Hot Heat Level and the Mild. I would say the Nashville was my favorite it was the perfect amount of spice! And definitely try their strawberry lemonade it’s so refreshing and not too sweet!

The chicken sandwich is quite juicy. Being able to choose different spice levels is a great option for everyone — the highest level is really spicy, only for some. I’d like to see more sauce options, especially to go with the fries. Overall, a very good fast-food experience; the staff is friendly and quick.

This place couldn’t get delivery right if they tried. If you order through their page the food doesn’t get here because there isn’t a way to tip the dasher or whomever they’re using as 3rd party. Only a way to tip their team members who don’t deliver…which I’m not seeing what we would tip them for. It says it 100% goes to the team members but I’d bet my last dollar that’s not true.
This time I used UberEats. Driver got the food here in a timely manner, food was still hot. Well on uber it’s buy one get one free. I never trust who they’re using hire in there to read anything accurately so I added another meal to my order, totaling to 3 meals to verify I get the TWO. The 3rd I would’ve just saved for later if I got it. Called the store to let them know, apparently I spoke to the manager. I’m sure I wasn’t. Asked if he could make it right and was met with a no and to contact uber. It makes no sense to contact uber because they did their part. He said it didn’t show that I had 3…well why did I get 3 forks with my meal? He can’t even lie right. Never do delivery with these people, they’re always high on shift to make it through the day.

I got the tender basket and an Oreo milkshake, and both were . The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Fries were golden and hit that perfect salty crunch. And that Oreo milkshake? Insanely good—thick, creamy, and loaded with cookie chunks. Easily one of the best shakes I’ve ever had. Service was fast and super chill too. Definitely coming back.

Absolutely one of the best chicken spots around! The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. You can tell everything is fresh and seasoned just right. The portions were generous, the sides were on point, and the sauces took it to the next level. The staff was friendly and fast, and the place was clean and welcoming. This is definitely my go-to spot whenever I’m craving great chicken. Highly recommend!

Janessa was super friendly and helped me to decide what to order. I wanted to try out their mac and cheese, as Mac’s my top favorite foods. With a bit of chicken. I’m not into spicy, so definitely enjoyed the “Country”, while looking over at my sister’s plate as she takes on the heat.

First time trying Urban Bird hot chicken. Customer service experience was great, shout out to Jose for taking the time to explain the menu options to us. Store ambiance was inviting, staff was friendly, professional, and engaging. The milkshake needs improvement, too light and airy and it was warm. It gave me fake ice-cream vibes, I definitely would not purchase again. My fries were luke warm and I only went across the street. The chicken tenders were a nice size but needed more flavor. Kale salad/slaw was my favorite. Texas toast was just that and good. Waffles were also good, the real butter was a plus. I’d say overall to give them a try, this is only based on my taste buds and opinion.

Good food, good service. Food came out very fast. We got 6 chicken tenders. They were big. We got barbecue and lemon herb both were delicious and not spicy. Elote fries were very heavy but tasted good. We would love to be back.

Urban Bird Hot Chicken is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit, the food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The spice levels are spot on, and the chicken is always juicy and crispy.
But the real star of the show? The Urban Fries. Hands down the best fries I’ve ever had—loaded, seasoned perfectly, and unbelievably addictive. I could honestly come here just for those alone!
