Went through the drive through and was given this. An unfinished Quarter Pounder. McDonald’s doesn’t understand why people aren’t spending money with them. It’s nonsense like this that’s killing your brand.
Update: Sept 30 – gave it another chance. Took 12 minutes of waiting in the parking lot to get our food. Forgot an order of Chicken Nuggets. Made one of the burgers wrong. This location sucks. Never returning. Going to the next one down the road. Hope this one goes out of business.

This McDonald’s location truly stands out. The restaurant is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The Christmas decorations make the space even more inviting.
The food was well prepared, fresh, and flavorful, which is not always the case at every location. The service was also excellent: polite, efficient, and attentive from start to finish.
This location should definitely be a reference for others.

It totally depends on the crew that is working and the time of day. They had a change in staff a few months ago and lost some really great crew members. Now for the most part that can’t get off of their phones to give a receipt or act like it is an act of God and congress to provide a pack of ketchup. But if need a Happy Meal for your kids it is fine just make sure to always check your order before you leave to make sure you have all of your purchased items or you will get home and realize that you are missing an item or even a complete meal.

I was in here on January 30th and 31st. On the 30th I ordered the exact same meal with my girlfriend that I did on 31st. On the 30th that meal cost $15 and change and on the 31st it cost $17 and change. When I got to the window I asked the cashier and she got her manager who told me that the our prices have gone up and I said since yesterday? She said she didn’t know. I’m not looking for exemplary service but at least try to keep the pricing status quo when you purchase it from day to day.

Store was very busy but received the food fairly quickly. One of the five cheeseburgers was kind of hard so we asked for a fresh one and received very quickly and was hot. We were not impressed with the McRib sandwich this year. Something definitely has changed and it isn’t quite the same as it used to be. The manager was very attentive and nice and even came out to check on us and see how our service was.

I’m a regular customer at this McDonald’s and usually love coming here — it’s honestly the best one locally! Most of the staff are friendly and professional. However, I’ve had a few bad experiences with one of the younger girls who works on weekends. On a previous visit, she threw my food on the table without saying a word, and today she just handed me my drinks and didn’t say anything again — no greeting, no “thank you,” nothing.
On top of that, my order was messed up twice today. I had to ask for straws, and my sandwich had to be remade because it came with pickles even though the sticker clearly said “no pickles.”
I would normally give this location five stars, but because of this repeated poor service and mistakes, I have to give two stars this time.

Very irritated with this location. I thought this one would be better than the spot on 50, but it’s turning out just as bad. We waited forever for our food, and what really bothered me was seeing an employee serve her family before customers who were already waiting. She literally went into the kitchen, picked out what she wanted for them, and brought their food out while the rest of us were still waiting.
There was zero communication — no “sorry for the delay,” no explanation, nothing. Being busy is one thing, but communication is key. This was unprofessional and disappointing. I expected better.

Drive thru lady comes out of the window screaming that I need to get out of peoples way because I am making a line. At no point I have been informed to park at one of the drive thru spots. Just straight thru screaming. Come if you’re brave enough.

Ordering from McDonald’s was an outstanding experience. The workers were fantastic, always smiling and providing excellent service at the drive-through. The food was impressive, and the Big Mac was exceptional, served hot and perfectly prepared.
