Their services is slower and slower. Now if I went there in dinner time I normally have to wait more than 30 minutes to get food after ordering . Also, most tables not cleaned and left number plates from last customer . Today, I can’t even find napkins in the restaurant or inside the food bags. I hope there are more fast food restaurants in Ballston Spa so we can have more choices with better service.

Just went for my daughters birthday dinner. It took 25 minutes for the food to come out and when it did it was cold. The place was empty but the tables were filthy and the trashcans were overflowing. We didnt see any workers other than the girls who brought our food. Also my big arch burger was missing the crispy onions. All around pretty negative experience.

Out of all of the McDonald’s that I’ve been to, this one is the slowest BY FAR. I ordered my stuff (1 large root beer and 6 cookies) at 11:16A, and didn’t receive my order until about 11:40A. During that time, a guy came in and asked how long I was waiting. When I told him, he yelled at the workers about how long it was taking. Two workers that were on the line went outside to smoke. When I finally got my stuff, they didn’t fill my cup (which I didn’t mind) and my cookies were burnt. The workers were nice, but definitely not fast enough for fast food..

I ordered crispy McChicken, what a flop. There was no sauce just a dry bun with three pickles. On top of that waited in drive thru over 10 minutes without moving. Only saving grace is fries were good. I thought this chicken sandwich came with lettuce, tomato and sauce. Pickles don’t go with chicken. Avoid this McDonald’s

I’ve been asking myself lately why do I support McDonald’s business. It’s clear that is a business designed to produce fast food. Now I’d say that held true up until sometime around 2016 or 18 that has nothing to do with this location. However I will say for all McDonald’s I’ve been to this one is the most disappointing. I don’t know weather or not it’s a lack of training or staff actually working or having the proper amount of staff it’s unclear. It’s not rocket science to serve warm or hot food and crispy fries which is their staple. I honestly don’t know what’s worse getting under cooked fires that are soggy or getting my meal 20mins after I ordered it making my food cold. I’d say it’s clear that the staff is friendly but lacks the means to do their job properly.

I rarely complain about a restaurant fast food chain. But my experience at this McDonald’s was beyond atrocious. First I pull in I’m first in line in about 5 minutes later while I’m still sitting there someone else pulls up at the other speaker. Then they serve him first. Now I’m behind this guy and we’re sitting there for I kid you not 20 minutes. When the food finally came out it was missing sauces and looked very badly prepared. It tasted okay but the entire experience from beginning to end was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. There are only four other cars there I can’t imagine what this place is like during rush hour. Oh and they also gave me a small coffee even though I paid for a large. Get it together folks!!!

I don’t even know why I bothered giving McDonald’s another chance, they fail at almost every encounter. Doesn’t matter what location, but this one was glorious in It’s efforts to be slackers. I haven’t been to McDonald’s in months. I deleted the app I was done, but I was in a pinch tonight and hoping they would come to my rescue. I reinstall the app, ordered, but I should’ve known better. Probably lost me for life now, I can’t take it. Ba da da fail!

This was by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It took 35-40 minutes to even get our food and it was the wrong order, then we had to wait another 10 minutes for our order. The food was cold and the burger looked like they bought the Pattie’s from the local dollar general freezer section. The French fries were terrible. So small, cold and hard. The floor felt like it had soda dumped and was never mopped; so sticky. Garbage over flowing from the can.
