If I could leave zero star ratings I would this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I wanted a burrito cantina no lettuce, extra cabbage, and jalapenos. As you can see there is only a couple of pieces of cabbage and no jalapenos. Actually I had one slice of jalapeno. And you got to pay $0.50 for extra and if you want jalapenos it’s $0.50 extra. This place is a joke.
If you want good Taco Bell you have to go over to wadham’s they make the best!

Waited 25 minutes to pick up an online order. When I finally got to the window the order still wasn’t ready. Waited another 5-10 minutes. Food wasn’t pathetic. Like a teaspoon of filling in the 5 layer burritos and same thing in chalupa. Had to ask for sauce even though it was on the order. What’s the point of online ordering if it isn’t going to be ready when get there? Manager should be fired for terrible service and horrible food quality. If I could give negative stars I would.

Don’t order DoorDash from this place, they don’t care, employee pushes your order out. It is not 1st come 1st serve. Orders have taken up to 45 minutes for them to complete. Walk ins and drive through get service before deliveries. They don’t put the complete orders on the pick up stand they place them around the corner, then ignore you when standing at the counter. It’s time for management to fix this issue!

Terrible experience. Staff was flippant and rude. They acted like they didn’t care that I waited 23 mins in the drive through. Everytime I come here it’s a 15+ min wait. Every single time. I’ll go elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting inside. Looks like the restaurant hasn’t been cleaned ever. Since opening the doors. Everything from the tables, floors, chairs, bathroom and kitchen area were filthy.
