Mobile Ordered 2 chicken bowls and a large chip bag which were stale. When I arrived to pick up my order I waited patiently for about 5 minutes everyone was working to get orders together and out. I told a worker my name and she thanked me and I left. Easy in and out. The food was amazing as always. Chicken, brown rice, black beans, Salsa, sour cream, lettuce.. shake shake shake and dig in. Definitely hit the spot.

Decent food. Need to get your portions together and figure out how to keep the food warm and fresh. I ordered twice and got a decent portion of meat the first time. And close to none the second. Overall I wouldn’t order again because the prices dont match the portions.

I visit this Chipotle almost every other day, and the staff is generally excellent. Ellen, in particular, is always friendly, professional, and clearly experienced — she makes each visit enjoyable. I did have one negative encounter with a male staff member who was unprofessional, but that was a one-time issue. I appreciate how accommodating the team is with in-person orders, though I was surprised that I couldn’t customize my bowl the same way through a mobile order. Overall, the great staff, especially Ellen, make this location worth recommending!

I regularly visit Chipotle locations in the Ellis County, Texas area, and those locations are usually efficient and well run. Unfortunately, this Myrtle Beach location was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had.
The staff moved noticeably slower than what I’m used to, and there seemed to be poor operational decision-making. They ran out of veggies on the serving line, so I politely asked a young employee if veggies were available on the other side. He told me he was not allowed to use those because they were reserved for pickup orders.
I asked if there was a manager I could speak to, and he pointed to a gentleman standing behind him. The manager repeated the same thing.
At that point, I was frustrated and ready to leave with the order I purchased instead of waiting 5 minutes for veggies. As I was exiting the door, the manager came out with a side of veggies anyway.
The entire situation felt poorly managed and inconsistent. This location does not meet the standard of service I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.

Ordered off Uber eats got completely stale chips could not even chew them. This place is complete trash. They chsrge six dollars for guac and chips. at least please try and make sure they’re fresh. I doubt they got still on the seven minute car ride to my hotel.

Absolutely the WORST meal I’ve had at any Chipotle! Even the rice was awful. $17 for one bowl down the drain. and charged me for salad dressing. I’ve never been charged for that. Definitely won’t return

Ist time at this location….staff was nice but our bowls were not hot meat was barely warm….I got the protien bowl with extra meat….the food bar needed some TLC they did not have any onions and peppers ready and it all looked quite old….although I was skeptical to eat it I did and it was good! Just very disappointed that they don’t train enough on the safety of the temp needed for food!

Store was very unkept. Dined in and never seen one employee come around to clean the tables nor clear out the trash. Personal conversation behind the line while the store looks a mess is never acceptable . It’s sad when you have come in the store and clean up someone else’s mess before you can dine.

Placed a pickup order (order #1NM-GA2) and when I arrived at home my veggie bowl, barely had any lettuce/Spinach added. I could literally count each piece provided. And the large bag of chips were either uncooked or stale.
Each time we place an order at this location there is always something wrong with the order. My family and I never have any problems with the other locations in our area, but they are so far away. And the only reason I gave three stars on the service that was provided, is the employee was able to located my order that wasn’t placed on the pickup rack.

I placed a mobile order for a burrito with double meat which was supposed be brisket. My husband began eating it and realized very quickly there was not a single piece of meat in this burrito. He opened it up to see what was inside and found that there was absolutely no meat. However, it did have several leaves inside of it. I have filed several complaints on their website and have not heard anything yet. Insane that I paid $22 for a burrito and there was no meat. Absolute worst Chipotle I have been to. Will not be back.
