I stopped by Chipotle today, always a reliable spot for a quick and fresh meal. The service was fast and place was clean. I went with my usual: a bowl with white rice and chicken. You really can’t go wrong with that combo.
Next time, though, I’ll ask them to go easy on the rice. I don’t eat a lot, and it tends to fill up the bowl a bit too much for me. Still, a solid, satisfying meal!

I came in and ordered a salad with “double meat” and got a regular amount of meat and then got probably 2-3 times the amount of toppings that would be appropriate for the amount of meat that’s in the bowl. I paid $18 for way too many toppings. If you’re thinking of coming here just skip it. Try to find the “double meat” in this photo.

This location is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The brown rice is always hard, they’re always out of everything, especially the salad dressing. Lettuce is always wilted and soggy. Tortillas are chewy to the point you just have to unroll your burrito and eat with a fork. I got a side of sour cream and there were chunks of corn and chicken in it. The employees don’t care about the quality of food they’re serving and management obviously doesn’t keep tabs on what is happening in their own restaurant. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location in 2 months and all three times have ended in disappointment. Tonight was the last time, I’d rather drive the extra miles to another location. Do better.

Too bad I’m unable to give 0 stars. This is how the workers prepare their quesadillas. It’s supposed to be half chicken Al pastor and half steak. How can you prepare food this way THEN package it and think it’s okay? The workers have absolutely no common sense at this location. They’re all very dense. Including the manager.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon, and the service was the best I’ve had at a Chipotle. Each employee greeted us so warmly and was friendly the whole time we were ordering.

We eat at this location quite frequently however, tonight I was beyond mortified by the behaviors I saw in this kitchen. what started off as an amazing family trip quickly went south, as I watched a new cook clock in and go immediately to gloves and start cooking food that he continued to eat as he was cutting it. not once not twice not even five times but repeated up to eight or nine times did he cut and eat food as he was prepping for the line. I was in utter shock and I went to bring attention to the other attendant and he was still doing it as I was at the counter complaining, then quickly defended himself saying he had to taste the food to make sure it was safe repeatedly… I was issued a refund and the rest of the staff was very apologetic, but his confrontational demeanor after being caught directly doing something that is against health standards Was just wild. I literally have it on video. I will be contacting the GM in the morning.

So I went in today and there was this younger guy with locs who was fixing my two burritos. Now everything was going good but I got the shredded beef meat. In the container it was more than half empty with lots of juice and the server was literally barely grabbing meat. I asked for more and he was acting like he was scared. I’ve never had this issue with any other person but if I’m paying for something I would like my monies worth of food. I wasn’t the only one who mentioned how he was skimping on the meat but yeah no. I would come back but he definitely needs to be trained on portions.
