I’ve only been here a few times. This last visit was probably the best experience. I placed an order online- a buy one, get one free deal. We got a 6 piece mild with fries and a 6-piece bbq with fries. Placed the order in the parking lot, went inside not even 10 min later and it was already bagged and ready. The employees were kind, wasn’t busy at all inside. The fries were hot and crispy and the wings were freshly made. No complaints. 5 stars.

I had an amazing experience at the American Deli on the East West Connector! The food was fresh, hot, and seasoned perfectly. My order was made fast, everything was correct, and the customer service was on point. The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure I had everything I needed. The wings were crispy and flavorful, the fries were perfect, and the portions were definitely worth the money. This location is consistently clean and well-run, and you can tell they take pride in their service. I’ll definitely be back

What can I say we’ve all been to American delis all around Atlanta?And they’re all pretty good.But let me tell you one On floyd road in Austell, Makes the best cheesesteaks out of their chicken cheesesteak is phenomenal and the beef cheesesteak is better than Philly. First and last time ever going to this location. I usually go to the one in Atlanta on Gresham Rd, but I was in this area today. I should’ve just gone to Wendy’s or something. I actually didn’t do a drive thru because I also needed to use the restroom. However, they still have everything restricted like it’s 2020 when COVID first hit. No tables, no chairs, no bathroom access. It feels like really, they just want your money and then want you to immediately get out, not that they’re being pandemic safe. I had to use the bathroom at the QuikTrip across the street.. which was disgusting.
The customer service here is awful. Not personable, dry, and sterile. The lady in front of me called her order in ahead, but it wasn’t ready when they arrived. Our food ended up being ready together. They still have plexiglass partition at the counter so you have to talk thru the little speaker, but somehow you still have to repeat yourself over and over for just a single combo order. I asked for a 6 count lemon pepper, wet. It cost $9.53. At my usual location, it’s about $7.50. It was an Asian male that took my order.
Usually they open the container for you to look at the food and approve, but not this location. He passed my bag to me and walked off. I opened it to find the tiniest, most dry wings in North America. Most of them had no sauce or seasoning at all for almost $10.. they got me really messed up on this fine Saturday afternoon. Not ever again. ✌️

Food was good but ordered a 20 piece with fries tonight and got home and they only gave me 16 wings. Thats way off!!
