Douglas Cove took a group of residents here today for lunch. They had 9 residents and 3 staff members. The Culver’s staff were so nice, they sent someone out to hold the door for them while they were wheeling everyone in and they were so patient and kind with the residents while they decided what to order. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a welcoming environment! Thank you Culver’s employees for making those who normally don’t feel welcomed, feel at home ❤️

The drive thru style seems more efficient but the sign location could be improved some. The food is good the prices are a bit high. I love the chicken stripe cheese curds custard and burgers. Pretty much any food they make is good.

Nice people and good food, but for some reason, the last 4 times we’ve been there, our order has been wrong.
We don’t even frequent the place that much so it seems like if it happens to us the 2 times we go there a month, then it probably happens a lot more..
I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but it seems like it’s becoming the norm as far as our experience goes.
Granted, they offer to correct it by having you come back or they mail you coupons, but isn’t the best thing not to have it happen in the first place?
Shame on me too for not checking the order before pulling away, but sometimes its not possible..
Maybe if they check mark the items on the tags as the stuff goes in the bags? I don’t know.. but I definitely won’t be spending the $80 + a month there anymore..
Its a shame that any fast food place that comes to South Haven seems to rapidly decline.

Meat was a little salty, but I don’t mind a little extra salt, other than that, everything was amazing! Food was fresh, burgers were hot, shrimp was well breaded, and the mixer was yummy! Service was impeccable; Culver’s never misses the mark on friendly and helpful faces!
