Our chicken sandwich had dirt, hair and lint on it.
It looks like they dropped it and just picked it back up and served it anyways.
Safe to say we won’t be ordering from this Popeyes again.

I ordered the 6 piece boneless wings and the chicken sandwich. The sandwich honestly wasnt too bad however, i noticed a very strange odor coming from the chicken. it was disgusting and it gave me a headache. Threw the whole thing away. The staff wasnt very friendly either. I usually dont go out of my way to leave reviews but this was easily the worst food experience ive ever had. something is definitely wrong with that chicken.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Popeyes location today!!! I went through the drive-thru to grab lunch for myself and some family members and tried to order the wraps it showed they had. The employee immediately responded very rudely, saying they no longer have them! From the moment I pulled up, the interaction was unpleasant. I calmly tried to clarify thinking maybe there was a misunderstanding, but the employee continued to speak to me in a very disrespectful tone. I even explained that there was no need to talk to me like that, and their response “that’s just how they felt today.” That is completely unprofessional.
The employee was wearing a baby blue shirt and did not appear to be in uniform. The entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and uncomfortable. Customer service was nonexistent! I will never return to this location again, and I do not recommend it to anyone who expects basic respect and professionalism!

horrible wait time. was asked to pull forward because the food was taking longer than expected, so we did so. got honked at and yelled at for us being parked in the way where we were told to pull forward at. got only one drink with my order and my strawberry lemonade was warm. not cold. overall bad experience

I’m not sure if I just ate chicken or a pigeon. I ordered dark meat… And at first I thought the chicken was cut in half, but as I compared it to the one and only other piece of chicken that looked normal there was a major difference. The 12 piece count was worth about a 2 piece meal. The drumstick was bigger than the thigh . I’m sure I didn’t eat chicken! I’ll avoid this particular store moving forward!

Staff appropriately. It’s clear from other reviews wait times are long. You have 3 people working on a Saturday night – over worked and a room full of hungry people your staff are working as quickly as they can and people are becoming angry – but the angry shouldn’t be toward your staff. I feel bad for them.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered the 12 piece, no sides. Pulled up, they tried to charge me $48. I explained I only wanted the chicken, she said that was the price. Called the manager over who told me the same thing. Explained what the side said, and instead of checking the sign, she showed me her monitor. So, that was my last trip there. Between incorrect prices and a manager that can’t be bothered to check her own sign? Not worth the time.

The lady up front speaks no English. No one seems to know what’s going on. Theyre out of half the menu on a Monday. Yall need to find some new management because I’d be embarrassed to own this place operating so poorly.
