Every time I think this one is getting better, it goes back down in quality. The workers are young and not trained properly, I say this as a younger (20s) person myself who has worked in service. IT AINT HARD. DO YOUR JOB. Mcdonalds should honestly shut this location, the one on Secor is far better. But this one is slightly closer to my home, so I have more experiences with it – usually bad ones.

Slow. They seem very confused about how to work at McDonalds.
Everytime we go, we regret it. This location is garbage. Tried to overcharge me for steak when I asked for bacon. A simple sub. Then forgot the egg, added the egg. To my surprise, it was the wrong egg. I won’t be going back to this location.

Waited over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment after walking in. No greeting, no communication, nothing.
When I finally spoke up, the employee responded rudely and told me to “be patient,” even though I had already waited past my pickup time. Customers aren’t responsible for knowing staffing issues — basic communication is part of customer service.
If the store is understaffed, that’s a management problem, not an excuse for disrespect. This location needs better staffing and better customer service training.

Waiting over 10 minutes after having to pull to the side to wait. I had to finally go inside and get my order. I wasn’t alone either. Another gentleman who had waited even longer than me went in too! There was at least 5 cars pulled over waiting. It looked like the workers had no clue what they were doing. The biscuit I ordered was finally done then the worker told me the hashbrown wasn’t ready. I just took the biscuit and left. Never going back to this location.

Never in my life have I been more disgusted. This place is a major health hazard. There were literal BUGS (PLURAL) in my drink, 2 bugs floating on top and one stuck in the lid and that’s just from what I can see. They also didn’t give me half of my order, I ordered a happy meal and a big Mac, and only received the big Mac. If I could give 0 stars I would, never ordering from here again. I’m also pregnant, this is not only absolutely disgusting but so unsanitary.

Do not expect your order to be right. I had them repeat order and checking screen for them to hold line for 10 plus mins and still mess up order. Do not ask for anything that isnt simple aka a one button press. You mind as well go elsewhere. The lady who took the money on 1/22/26 needs a pay increase as the rest of workers have no clue what’s going on. Language barriers definitely a issue in drive through. Getting into the parking lot is even a challenge with the busy area.

i wish i could give this location 0 stars. the order is NEVER correct. The woman who worked the drive thru taking orders was rude and clearly in a hurry. She stressed me out so bad i forgot to order a drink with my meal. On top of that i had ordered a mcchicken and a ranch snack wrap. when i got to the pickup window the two workers there asked me multiple times what i ordered and even though i told them probably 4 times, they still forgot the ranch wrap. i highly recommend if you are thinking about ordering from here, DONT.

Big Mac and cheeseburger was cold. Fries were cold and limp. Cashier was friendly but person who gave us the bag was rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge us with a smile or thank you or anything.
