We stopped by McDonald’s this morning for breakfast — and we were really happy with the experience!
First of all, I was impressed with how quickly the food was prepared. Within just a few minutes, our order was ready — which is especially nice when you’re on the go in the morning.
I used 6,000 Rewards points, and it was great to see that the rewards work smoothly — no issues at all. I ordered a burger along with the breakfast meal, and they served everything together, hot and fresh. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes a big difference when everything is so well organized.
What touched me the most — I asked for something for my child, and they kindly added potato patties as a gift. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it really made our morning brighter.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.
Thank you for the care, the speed, and the positive start to our day! We’ll definitely be back again.

Decided to come here Sunday after church around 2-2:30 pm to pick up my online order. I ordered two $6 McDouble meals and an extra cheeseburger. Upon me getting my order I noticed that the fries are missing from one of the $6 meal so when I went inside I told who I assumed was the manager. A young Mx American female who looked no older than 25, that I was missing my fries for that particular meal. She came back with what she called baby fries, the smallest carton of fries ever. I don’t recall that meal ever coming with that size of fries, mind you every time I order from McDonald’s I get that meal. When I told her, she walked to the fries, told the older lady with no teeth who originally gave me my order, that she knows my order was supposed to come with a smaller fries, but whatever In her words. Then when she came back to give me my fries, I told her that she can look at my order since she thinks she knows what she’s talking about. She refused to look at my order and just said, it’s fine then walked off very rudely. I don’t know if there’s a reading issue, or comprehension issue, but it’s very important workers especially ones in management learn those important skills. It would save everyone the headache.

I ordered my boyfriend a chicken McGriddle on the app, he wanted cheese so I spent an extra $1 for cheese and when we picked it up, they made us park and we were unable to check the order without going back through a long line so we assumed the food was properly made but we realized once we were home that I did not get the cheese I paid extra for. This is only one out of mant instances where they short us on the things we pay for that they clearly acknowledge we should have. The sticker on our chicken mcgriddle said it added cheese and there was none. Always poor service and a waste of time.

The night supervisor Janet if I’m not mistaken provided a horrible service, one of her machines took the promo code but went blank in the process. Even though she could see the info on the promo she didn’t want to honor it and lied to my face saying it would only take 5 min for a new code, I told her it showed it would take 12 min for a new one and she still lied and said “it will only take 5 minute ma’am”. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

McDonald’s – 800 Riverpoint Cir is conveniently located; however, the customer service was very poor. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. They will not and do not acknowledge you.

Its meh. Overpriced for what we got and it’s kiosk only inside. Literally 3.19 +tax for a hash brown is crazy work for potatoes that stay cheap. I didn’t get the hash brown obviously. Service was top notch though. The employees are great.

I watched my sister open her Happy Meal and count exactly ten fries. Ten. Not a handful, not even close to a small — just ten sad little sticks. Whoever thought that was acceptable clearly has zero standards.
And guess what? No salt. Not a single grain. So not only was the portion laughable, the fries were completely flavorless.
I went inside to get it fixed, and suddenly the new small fries looked like an actual small order — full, still not salted, basically what they should have given her the first time. So yes, they can do it right. They just didn’t care enough at first.
This isn’t just careless — it’s disrespectful. If you’re gonna serve kids a Happy Meal, at least do the bare minimum. I shouldn’t have to ask for what I already paid for.
Honestly, this level of service is embarrassing. Step it up.
