Went last evening for my nephew’s 3rd birthday party and we were met with the kindest worker I’ve ever had the pleasure to encounter. She was so attentive and sweet and made sure we were well taken care of! She was so good with my nephew and checked on us frequently! Her name was Caitlin! Will keep going back to this location because of her for sure!

I called to order a substantial sized lunch for the business where I work and was greeted by Nicole. I explained how much food we would actually need that day, knowing that I should have ordered in advance. I would have completely understood if they were unable to do so on such short notice. Not only was she able to put everything together for us but, it was done quickly and professionally. The food was outstanding and we were able to feed everyone in a seamless manner. I had the pleasure of meeting the BEST worker I’ve ever met in the fast food industry. Her name was Caitlin at Fazoli’s on Wilmington Pike, Sugarcreek, Ohio on November 11, 2025 and she was such a delight to talk to. She knew right off the bat that I was a disabled Army veteran. She noticed I was out of breath and offered me a drink as I need to sit for a second. She explained to me the free options that Fazoli’s had to offer for military that day and I also ordered a meal of baked ziti and 12 bread sticks for my son, who loves Fazoli’s as well. The food was delicious as always and so filling. Please give a big shout out to Caitlin for making my day even better. Billy M. A Fazoli’s customer for life.

We visit this after a certain doctor’s appointment and always enjoy the menu selections. I enjoy the new choices, my wife will stick with her faves, and our son will never deviate from his pepperoni pizza. That’s the beauty that is Fazoli’s! Food was disgusting besides the fresh breadsticks. The fettuccine Alfredo and pizza tasted like it was microwaved and then served. The dining room was sticky feeling and dirty with broken tables and worn out booths. Staff were very friendly and accommodating though.

The culture of eat in chain restaurants is dying rapidly. No one values real customer service anymore. You order from a kiosk, grab a table, and pray they bring you bread sticks. I didn’t even get a second plate, and we all know we really go there for the unlimited bread sticks.

All the staff here are wonderful, especially the sweet smiling lady at the register! It’s always a great experience when I stop by here with my wife, even for takeout, and the food is great.
