I went there after a long time, 2 years ago I spoke to the manager about the same problem, do the staff has to pay from their pocket for the tomato and onion salad? They are so stingy that they make such bad sandwiches.

Went in for a door dash order, was not greeted at all. There was no supervisor present and the two employees were arguing and swearing at each other and throwing food. Whatever happened to customer service and working as a team? HORRIBLE. Called corporate and left this review.

This place is absolutely brutal. It took twenty almost thirty minutes to get my food. They forgot all of my sauces. My kids were playing in the play area. We left out of that door not knowing it was an emergency exit because it was not labeled correctly, the psycho manager came out SCREAMING at me and my toddlers because we went out that door. No alarms went off, the door was not labeled emergency exit only. It was disgustingly behavior for an adult. Especially with kids around. Absolutely BS

I live right next to this McDonald’s so it’s very convenient for us to come here. However, every single time it’s always something bad that happens. They always always mess up the order I’m not lying to you every single time we go they either forget our fries forget the sauce give us chicken nuggets instead of a cheeseburger happy meal. My son is very picky and he has to have a plain cheeseburger and they never make it plain. Whenever you go inside to order I always receive attitude Or it’s these young kids who don’t even know how to say how can I help you one time I went inside and they literally told me what’s up ????? Excuse me what do you mean? What’s up you mean how can I take your order??? My husband went last night and they messed up our order yet again I will never ever be going back to this one again Terrible customer service terrible hard crunchy fries all the time. Please stay away from this one.

I came in and used the kiosk, I accidentally ordered too many burgers and the employee,Trinity helped correct it and gave me a refund with a smile the whole time I was there. I used to work in customer service for years and when I notice an employee’s EXCELLENT SERVICE I will ALWAYS go out of my way to make sure that people know that.

This McDonald’s is NOT accessible for Deaf people. We went through the drive thru this morning and went to the first window to show them what we wrote on our phone to order. First lady was not attentive and barely glanced at the phone before proceeding to SPEAK (we’re Deaf) and gesture to go to the next window. So we pulled up and the second window lady tried to give us another order. We again gestured to the phone to show we needed to order. She SPOKE (again, DEAF) to us pointing back to the first window. HUH??? First woman told us to go to the second window!! NOT OKAY. We just left. We weren’t going to go around and start all over again. NOT ACCESSIBLE. Teach your employees how to communicate with each other and to Deaf individuals. This was completely degrading and we felt less important than the other customers.

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with the staff at this location, especially the manager Julio. I ordered 2 cheeseburger bundles, which come with four 10 piece chicken nuggets, and only received two 10 piece chicken nuggets. I didn’t check the order before I left, I already had a horrific day at work so I just wanted to get to my mother in laws. After I discovered we were short food I went back, with the receipt, hoping they would make it right. I spoke with the a worker, who was quickly dismissed in a rude fashion by the manager, Julio. I explained what happened and he said that he packed my order, and he knows he packed it right. After arguing with him for a minute I got frustrated and bought two more 10 piece chicken nuggets because I was tired of him being so rude and disrespectful. I just wanted to get what I ordered and leave. I have never been treated so rudely and hope McDonald’s will offer this manager some sort of training to fix his issues. I will never support this establishment again, and I suggest you don’t either.

They hire this young kids that might never teach at home how to say your welcome . I order food and this colored hair punk boy or girl kid bring my food , trough on the talle the trade I said tanks and never say anything and went right back to front counter and kept texting during hrs shift . Manager or corporate need to put more attention about customer service and been respectful to customers

If 0 stars was available that’s what I would’ve given it. I went in and the kiosks were out but 1. It didn’t work, I went to the counter they looked at me & ignored me then a man came in and they took his order but wouldn’t take mines. At this point I would NEVER go back or trust it. They might do something to my food and the place was disgustingly nasty / food all on the floor walked and stepped on. That’s what you get for hiring kids. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone EVERRRR!!!! This was at the Westhaven, Utah right across from the Pilot. I ate very well and had exceptional service at the Dennys with great customer service and people who actually noticed me and served me . Someone needs to call the health inspector on that place for being so damn Nasty, just trifling. Can’t speak on the food because I was NEVER serviced. Totally ignored. I found the inspection report, a lot of critical violations
