I went here to order an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. Asked about different designs due to having a Minecraft birthday. Picked up the cake and they had done an amazing job on the design of his cake. I will be going back here for other birthdays to come. Thank you guys, my son absolutely loved his cake.

I love the food and shakes but the prices for a large shake is as much as a meal it’s kinda ridiculous. Overall I’m usually satisfied with my service and order. They don’t usually miss anything and are very polite.

I ordered a sweet chilli chicken basket it was great. I also had purchased 3 m&m Blizzards and they all taste like perfume. Unfortunately we had already left the area 10 minutes out before we took a bite. I didn’t feel like making a u turn so im putting my negative review here.

I ordered a small caramel sundae and politely requested that it be served in a large sundae container with caramel layered above the ice cream, as it has always been prepared in my previous visits. I was charged for two extra pumps of caramel, yet the sundae I received appeared to have only one small amount of caramel and was not made as requested. In the past, the staff has always been accommodating and the total has consistently been around five dollars and some change. When I kindly asked for the caramel to be added as requested, the employee refused and, shockingly, told me to leave the store. I remained polite throughout the interaction and simply asked for a refund. The employee then became visibly upset and made the situation unnecessarily difficult.
I have always enjoyed visiting this location, and this experience was both unexpected and disappointing. I hope this issue will be addressed, as customer service and consistency in orders are important. If I could kindly give a 0 star review I would but I can’t. I just hope they can sole this.

Typical Dairy Queen serving classic ice cream creations but with really great service and friendly staff. You can get ice cream cakes to go at a decent price. Chocolate dipped cone had a nice thick chocolatey layer. Butterscotch dipped cone had an interesting flavor; wasn’t bad but probably won’t be getting that again.
Highly recommend this location.

Me, my fiancée, and his brother came in around 4:30pm today to grab some blizzards and hang out. The ice cream was delicious and the cashier lady was super nice and even accommodated my fiancé’s celiacs disease by having the blizzard station cleaned for him which we appreciated a lot.
Unfortunately, the reason I’m giving a one star is because of one particular employee. He joked with us a little bit while we were ordering and it was a little awkward but not a big deal. We sat down, our stuff was delivered pretty fast, and we were just talking when he walks up and takes a seat our table????
It was super uncomfortable for all three of us, we all tried to give hints that it was extremely awkward for us but he wouldn’t leave. He called my fiancé’s brother “unc” which is slang for old, he dropped an f-bomb, and was just being really weird. After 20 minutes of him sitting with us we all decided to just leave. Probably the most awkward and uncomfortable experience at a food place ever. I’ve literally never had an employee pull up a chair at our table and scare us out before, it was so crazy I wish we remembered his name, all we remember was that he’s 16, and I get that’s still pretty young but professional boundaries are important!
Needless to say we will be avoiding this Dairy Queen for a while, or maybe just sticking to drive through :T

Dairy Queen has great customer service the staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the environment enjoyable. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and a nice place to sit down and eat. The food is always fresh and delicious, and I definitely recommend it. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the sweet tea it could be a bit sweeter to live up to its name. Other than that, everything is excellent!

Hello everyone, my name is Tomas the speaking dog. As yall have known, this demigorgon has been recently been posting some things about different restaurants and I’m here to say that I was the one who was actually typing them out: since he struggles with vision and basically seeing in general I just read his mind and type out his thoughts onto these devices I find (btw my type speed is 240 wpm in case you humans wonder). Anyway I was heading down for a good pup treat and I found this magical place that sells them here and couldn’t help but check it. When I got in they all seemed so surprised to see me being able to fly and speak out their minds (btw I am so smart my brain has allowed me to fly on command whenever I please, but I choose to just hover cause I might break the earth if I started flying at my regular speed). Basically I told them to get me a nice and cold pup cup since I needed to cool down after typing for that Demi all day (I call him Demi but you just address him by their full name), and they seemed happy to oblige once I told them I could crush their skulls in with just a blink of my eye. Once they fetched me my pup cup, I immediately transferred it into my mind space in order for it to get tasted and stored for future use of replication in case I ever get a need for it again, and I must say it was a very good pup cup compared to the other galaxies I have traveled to. Overall you humans have a pretty good sense of making things and following directions, so I’ll give you a 5 star since that’s what you all seem to crave within these fast food diners or whatever they call them now.

Highly staffed on 3rd of July. This is the city’s independence day celebration. This plaza, parking lot is where locals park to watch the firework show. Would recommend parking away from the DQ and keep their business running smoothly. Food was great. Thanks DQ every year for the 3rd of July. Honestly, I should stop by more often lol.
