We visited Chili’s on December 29,2025. Let tell you that Chili’s absolutely delivered! The starter was amazing — the cheese ratio was perfect. It was incredibly creamy, gooey, and exactly what you hope for when you order something cheesy. Every bite hit just right.
Then came the burger… wow. It was huge, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The amount of bacon was over-the-top in the best way possible — generous, crispy, and packed with flavor. It was one of those burgers that reminds you why you ordered it in the first place.
As if the food wasn’t good enough, Samantha, our waitress, truly made the experience even better. She was beyond amazing — fast, attentive, and super friendly. Great food, great service, and an all-around fantastic visit. We’ll definitely be back!

A regular spot for us. But I decided to try something new. BRISKET QUESIDILLA!!! I know its just Chili’s but, Wow! Many affordable options if you have a budget or need to feed the family and not break your pocket. They also have meal deals worth trying. Dont forget the Tito’s punch!

Ordered Vegetarian Quesadillas. Typically it would have peppers, onions. Instead all it had was few corn and cheese. After I asked the waitress, she said she will bring a new one. She returned with onion and peppers on the plate saying ‘sorry chef said they cannot make a new one and we can give you on the side’. Veggies comes in quesadillas. They proved why this place is still 4 star. Chef should be changed.

I have such an appreciation for this Chili’s… this one… Not all Chili’s but this one because it is outstanding. I always sit in the bar and ask for Shelia because she is the best waitress of all times. Period. I have been going there for years now and she has always been great and so has the food. They are rock solid in all departments. Everyone I worked with went there too and loved it.

Let me tell you about Chili’s, man this place is fantastic! Everyone should totally come and dine with here! The service is phenomenal with the guy food runners Keldon and Ethan. Don’t get me started on the managers who are absolutely fantastic! The gross bathrooms are made up with the delicious food and humble hospitality!

We frequent this Chili’s often. Last experience we had wasnt great as far as service is concerned. Our server spent the whole time sitting with her friends and I had to basically ask her to get up to get my wife a re fill. Pretty discouraging. Food was excellent as usual though.

I had an amazing experience at the Chili’s on Richmond Road. The manager and staff were perfect — super friendly, professional, and on top of everything. Our food and drinks came out right on time, fresh and delicious. The service was excellent, and our waitress was extremely attentive without ever being overbearing.
The atmosphere was great, the people were great, and the whole experience was easily a 10/10. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went at 4 on a Friday afternoon, the restaurant had about 6 other guests in there. We were seated quickly, but never waited on. Multiple waitresses passed by our table and even a manager but none of them bothered to ask us if we had been helped and avoided eye contact. We waited for 15 minutes before walking out.
