As many other reviews show workers are very rude here. A young girl who works the drive thru is unbelievable rude. Obviously the owner hasn’t done anything about this. Asked “what do you want” very rudely, saw nothing on the screen, refused to read back my order, when I asked a second time she repeated it, it was wrong, refused to give me my new total, the entire time rude as can be. Walked in asked for her name, they would not give it. Manager also did not give a name. Reported to corporate. Will never come here again. Avoid this place.

I have been through your drive through at different busy times during the day and each time I have speedy friendly service. Always leaves me enough time to get back to work with plenty of time to eat my lunch. Great job guys!

The person at the front was new but was friendly and patient. McDonald’s is McDonald’s, but props to management for hiring and training their staff. Genuine customer service is a rarity at many fastfood chains. Made up for what was an average McDonald’s visit.

Service not much there anymore they want you to place your order and pay at a keyos if you stand at the counter to order they take a while to come over almost like it’s a bother for them to take your orders it’s not just this McDonald’s but this business practice is why I don’t want to go visit these restaurants anymore

Not only did I receive not my order, the order listed on the bag wasn’t even correct. So not only was my order wrong, but so was the guy infront or behind me.. which there was nobody behind or infront of me , so I’m still confused on how that even happened. When I called for a refund as this McDonald’s is on the way to nothing except out of town.. 20 minutes down the road the “manager” says my food is still sitting there and I can come get it, and no refund will be given.. Drive to Gaylord to get your McDonald’s, I’m not even joking, it’ll be a better experience.

cannot believe the absolute disaster that was my recent visit to McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that chaos reigned supreme. The line was absurdly long, and there seemed to be no sense of urgency among the staff. I waited for what felt like an eternity just to place my order, and when I finally got to the counter, the employee barely acknowledged me. Is it too much to ask for a little courtesy and efficiency?

When I finally received my food, I was appalled. My burger was cold, the fries were soggy, and the drink was flat. It’s as if they went out of their way to serve me the worst possible meal. I understand that fast food isn’t gourmet dining, but there’s a basic standard of quality that should be met. This was an insult to my taste buds and my wallet.

To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the restaurant was abysmal. Tables were littered with trash, the floor was sticky, and the restroom was a nightmare. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you’re surrounded by filth. I’ve seen cleaner gas station bathrooms, and that’s saying something. Where is the pride in maintaining a welcoming environment?

The cherry on top of this miserable experience was the attitude of the staff. When I politely brought up the issues with my order, I was met with indifference and even a hint of hostility. No apology, no attempt to make things right—just a shrug and a dismissive comment. Customer service? More like customer disservice.

I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for years, but this experience has made me question why I even bother. There are plenty of other fast-food chains that manage to get it right, so why can’t McDonald’s? It’s not like they’re new to the game. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.

In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated. McDonald’s, you need to step up your game. Invest in better training for your staff, improve the quality of your food, and clean up your act—literally. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. You’ve lost a customer.
