As a hockey parent managing team meals, I can’t say enough good things about the Arrowhead Road Jersey Mike’s. They handled our large, frequent game-day orders with incredible accuracy and consistency. Everything was clearly labeled, organized, and ready on time — which made our busy season so much easier.
But beyond that, the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. It’s rare to find both professionalism and warmth in the same place. Thank you for being such a dependable part of our season!

Was very disappointed by my experience at the Arrowhead Jersey Mike’s location on Tuesday evening. I ordered 2 hot sandwiches and watched 3 groups of people who ordered after me (& also got hot sandwiches) get their food before me. After I waited for half an hour they finally gave me my food, only to find out after I had already left the store that both of the sandwiches I received were not what I had ordered. I had ordered chicken, and received beef which I cannot eat without getting sick.
Extremely disappointed. And do not like the amount of attitude in the owner’s response to all of their negative reviews. It doesn’t seem like issues get addressed based on the responses the owner gives.

Very good but do not get Mikes way it is not good at all Jerry was not nice the bathroom was very cool and clean with a nice work environment for college students. The food was great but very pricey for the quantity at which they produce the food. Yesterday when me and my fiancé pulled up. It was 8:52 PM and there was a sandwich artist in their car saying that it had been closed already. They already took down all of the condiment stuff that they couldn’t make us our subs. We seen the other sandwich artist walking in the front door from his place which was right behind the store.. I was a manager at another sandwich place in town a long time ago, and I remember that usually on weekends especially a lot of people would show up 10 min before closing.. But no matter what we were not to start breaking down the cooler condiments until we closed and our open sign was powered off… And why was this employee out taking a smoke break 6 min before you closed?? He honestly couldn’t wait until he was clocked out which would have been in 6 min because his table was already broken down or taken care of.. Sorry I just love your subs, more than the one I worked at. Plus we drove 15 min to get up there all the way from west Duluth.

My best friend introduced me to this place & I decided to stop again on my own out of convenience today. It was just going on 11am on July 29. Early day – early lunch. The food has been amazing but let’s take a moment to appreciate people being treated well. I could tell they were getting ready for lunch rush with online orders already lining up. An older gentleman quickly slides in & says “I decided to stay & help you guys out until (fill in the blank here).” Whatever the reason was I assume he was some kind of manager because he offered me a pop while I waited for my order. He went behind the counter and preceded to have what looked like a very kind & genuine conversation with the young man (a generation or so younger than him). I could tell the way he made his employees feel by the look of relief, the way their shoulders automatically relaxed and positive expressions as they interacted with him. As I sat outside, within minutes the parking lot filled up. I have worked for employers that expect you to turn into super human servants when someone can’t be there and then chew you out for not being capable of doing the job of 2-3 people. Kudos to whoever this manager was for tagging in and helping the team be successful. The entire atmosphere changed to pure calm when he walked in.

This sub shop is a unique combination of a great shop in a neighborhood location. First and foremost, the food is great and the staff are typically available and helpful. The team is ready to answer questions and provide options for the subs. Also, the location is fantastic. Jersey Mike’s is in a commercial section that is central to a variety fo neighborhoods. Having this location is convenient, quick and easy.

Their parking lot is way too small and they were very busy. The crew was working at top speed, friendly, courteous and proving great customer service. All the tables were full and there were at least a dozen customers in line. The line moved quickly and customers were happy. The crew was impressive with their attitude and how well they were handling the rush. It was about 2 pm so not peak lunch or dinner time. I’d hate to see what either rush time would be like. I saw they were also filling pickup and delivery orders too.
Over all very impressive. They could definitely use a bigger location and parking lot.

Never tried Jersey Mikes until this location opened up. Safe to say that now I am a believer. The sandwiches always taste great. The staff are super professional and courteous. The store is kept very clean and orderly. My wife and I love to share a giant #8 as one of our new favorite take out meals. Thanks for the great work and delicious food.
