This is the fastest drive through experience I’ve ever had. Three of us in my vehicle ordered burgers fries nuggets and specialty coffee with a sweet tea. There were cars in line but it moved flawlessly with food and beverages ready to go as soon as we pulled up. Food was hot and delicious, the drinks were cold and frosty. Well Done!!

We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get 2 cheese burgers. And when they came to give us our food the order was still wrong. They forgot the fries. There was also 7 to 8 cars that were behind us that all got their food promptly and even a couple cars that were asked to park after us received their food before us. When I went inside to inquire about the fries, one of the workers told the other that he took the order out already which sounded like our order was given to another customer. Super disappointed in this location.

This McDonalds is really clean and fast… their food is hot and fresh, the service is great and their employees are really nice. They also sell bags of ice for just $2.00. What I really like about this McDonald’s is they have the Kiosk that lets you pay at the counter now with cash instead of only card. Which is really convinent

Clean, quick and friendly service. Came here while charging the car. Used the kiosk which was easy. The staff was friendly and bought our meal to us. Everything came out correct even with our modifications. Extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and level of service here.

Very rude and confrontational. Ask for the breakfast bagel with no sauce. It even said no sauce on the screen. I got it and it had sauce on so I went back through the drive-through And explained. Employee told me she never heard me say no sauce. I told her it was even on the screen she cut me off and told me to pull forward.
At the window I said it’s OK. It’s no big deal mistakes happen and she told me a mistake did not happen because I never said that. Then she asked to see my receipt which they never gave me one. She glared at me the whole time told me to have a great day in a nasty condescending tone, and shut the window as I was speaking.
I never raise my voice or got rude with her. I’ve worked in customer service and it can really suck. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything, but I have never had an employee be so nasty about a mistake THEY made.
I actually, would have talked to a manager, but I think she was one. That shows how that place must be run
This was my replacement It looks like there was bacon, but they picked it off. I will NEVER Go back to the McDonald’s on Perkins Road again.

EVERYTIME i get a fish filet, they always toast the bun instead of steaming it like it’s supposed to be. The texture of the bun effects the taste a LOT.
