I visited this location on 02/13/2026 to pick up food for an at‑home movie night with my younger daughter. She originally wanted wings from a competitor, but we agreed on BWW because I didn’t want to be limited to just wings—even though I LOVE wings. I wanted the option of a good burger or chicken sandwich too.
After running a few errands, my husband and I stopped in to place a to‑go order. Rebecca took care of us, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely sweet. I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. I’m usually an “order‑through‑the‑app” girl everywhere I go, but I’m glad I ordered in person this time because meeting Rebecca made the experience even better.
I ordered the Pick 6: the All‑American Burger, 10 bone‑in Honey BBQ wings, tots, fries, and two drinks. My husband ordered two salads. After placing our order, we went out to the patio to wait and decided to grab a couple of drinks. That’s when we met Sharon—also an absolute sweetheart. She has great energy, is knowledgeable, helpful, and makes amazing drinks. If I hadn’t promised my daughter a movie night, I would’ve turned that to‑go order into a dine‑in experience just to hang out at the bar with her. I told her I’d be back, and I meant it.
Once we got home, it was about 30–40 minutes before I could sit down to eat. I popped my burger and tots in the microwave for about a minute, and they reheated perfectly. That first bite of my burger? Zero regrets choosing it over wings. The edges were crispy, the burger was huge—big enough to split—and the tots were great too. Everything was an A+ in my book and honestly made me wonder why I don’t visit more often.
Thank you to the front‑of‑house staff and the back‑of‑house team who work hard to keep everything running smoothly. You all made our night!

Cristian and Marlon are the BEST! Normally I just grab my food to go but I decided to stop in and they were so sweet and nice to talk to. Excellent at their jobs and truly make it worth the extra time inside. Food was also good as always.

Went to your west palm beach location tonight… never decided to get a Togo order .. place was not that busy wait 45 mins for my order.. but I couldn’t even get my order taken cause they were to busy grabbing on the cooks was oh well are about to leave as the join two other servers to chit chat about their I know cause it was loud enough to hear. Either way get my food start going through it . And the tomato is diced in a 2 oz cup slimy and done stop there asked for some tomato that wasn’t bad she asked if I wanted the whole tomato ??? Tomatoe lettuce no onion all in a 2 oz cup bad produce or the fact that diced hamburger toppings and put it in 2 oz cup bad..wow . Not sure waited 45 minutes cause everything was not made to order .. i don’t get it again they weren’t even busy .. I have attached photos of it all.. I didn’t expect fine dining but I also didn’t expect McDonald’s quality food or service for almost 70 bucks .. I work in a restaurant and deliver food also I would never send that out of the kitchen let alone the store

I went to the restaurant a few nights ago and when coming in I saw some workers by there cars “smoking” I don’t know if they were on the clock or not but doesn’t seem proper. When I was able to order my food it took over 40 minutes for a pick 6 and my wings were cold. I had ask them to remake it to wait another 25 minutes my husband had ate his food and was ready to leave that I had to take my food to-go.

I’ve been here before a while back and the staff and experience was great
but this time was probably the worst i’ve ever experienced.
1.there was a hair in my food
2. some of my fries were crunchy and tasted weird
3. it was a to go order, and my order was a mess! the wings were in an odd condition. there was chicken pieces scattered among the wings not appearing to have come from any wing and some wings looked as if the meat had been pulled off. I don’t believe bitten off? but the whole order was just off.

The chickens they’re getting their wings from must be pretty small There wasn’t much meat on them. I also ordered the 3-piece grilled chicken meal, and the portion size was much smaller than what was shown online and on the menu, expensive and unappetizing. I ended up going straight to a different restaurant to get more food since I needed to feed multiple people.

**Title: Disappointing Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings**
I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was lacking, and it took a long time for anyone to attend to us. After seating ourselves because no one was available, we waited over 15 minutes just to receive our food, which was poorly prepared and uncooked.
Despite my hunger, I felt compelled to eat the food as I didn’t want to create a scene or wait for a remake. Unfortunately, the Caribbean jerk sauce was incredibly unappetizing and ruined the meal for me.
To top it off, we waited another 15 minutes just to pay, even though the restaurant was nearly empty.
Also, I added a screenshot to my bill to show you how much I tip.
Given the circumstances, I believe a courtesy refund is warranted, along with a chance to try a different flavor of buffalo sauce. I hope to hear back regarding this issue.

Stopped in here this past week to try the $9.99 appetizer special. Sat at the bar and had great service. I got the Chips/Salsa and the Chips/Queso. I was in shock at how big the servings were. Even though I get refills on the salsa and queso, I could not finish all the chips, and was too full to get any other appetizers. Salsa and Queso were decent, chips were average. May go back to try some of the other appetizers and see how they are.

Absolutely terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was disgusting and looks like it has been sitting out all day. The fries were stale (im not xaggerating), and the presentation is awful. The food looks as gross as it tastes. The staff were slackers, I had to hunt someone down to get my order 2x. One employee even came out yawning and stretching like he just woke up. 1st and last time ordering from here again. Avoid this place at all costs.
