I just got a shamrock shake here and it literally had a bug smushed inside the lid of the cup… super gross. We are not even in summer so if i try to give them benefit of the doubt there really is no excuse. I already got home so am not going all the way back for another or to complain. But this warrants a review.

I visited McDonald’s and was impressed by the staff—they were friendly, quick, and attentive. The restaurant was very clean, from tables to floors, and even the restrooms were well-kept. Overall, it felt organized and welcoming, making this McDonald’s the superior one, thus far… to be continued.

Just got home with my order and both my double cheeseburgers only have one burger patty on them. The receipt clearly says double cheeseburgers and when I call, the manager says she can’t understand me and hangs up the phone real nice after spending all of this money. I speak very clearly so I’m not sure what they cannot understand.

I just stopped by to buy a coffee, and this is the second time they’ve given me a cold one. The weather right now is -7°C, and I expect a hot coffee from that McDonald’s. It’s truly disappointing. They should do something about it because nothing is free, and if they can’t handle the business or find a solution, that McDonald’s won’t be in business much longer. Some of the people working there probably weren’t taught basic manners by their parents, because you say hello and they don’t even say thank you. I recommend you don’t go to this McDonald’s; go to the one on Randall instead, it’s 1000 times better.

I ordered a coffee and it tasted extremely watered down. Went in to fix it and was approached with attitude. She remade it and it still tasted the same. She told me I was adding too much cream when it only comes with one. Even if that was the case, it would taste like CREAM not WATER. Manager told her to add a shot of espresso. She did that, handed me my drink and walked away from the issue. Guess what? Now I have watery caramel coffee espresso. I had to walk away because at this point, I felt completely disregarded and like I was a problem her and the manager didn’t want to deal with. Their only saving grace was the worker at the first window. He was extremely nice, hence the 2 stars. Unprofessional otherwise.
