The BBQ Rescue is no longer in service. Effective January 1st 2025 we have retired the Rescue in order to enjoy more time with our Family. Thanks to all of our supporters over the past years, we truly enjoyed serving each and every one of you !!! A retired rescue squad from Fairfax County, Virginia converted to run as a food truck. The BBQ Rescue serves Barbecue meats on top of mouth watering ‘bases’ such as smoked potatoes, sweet green beans and the creamiest Mac and cheese.

The menu&options blew me away and it was DELICIOUS. They are super clever in design(you will need to see it for yourself). Foods YUM… let me say that again Y U M! Make sure your try the mac&cheese side and you HAVE to eat the cornbread.
Cornbread is SO over done everywhere and just an “add to the plate” take it or leave it item in many Bar B Q restaurants …I went back for a second here (I don’t even like cornbread, did I say that? I DO NOW!).. it is THE best around. Don’t just take my word for it…you have to check them out. You will be glad you did.
