Cafe Bluebird has been locally owned and operated in Fort Collins, Colorado since 1982. We are a full service restaurant offering breakfast and lunch served ALL DAY, featuring house made recipes and feel good comfort food. Our menu features a wide variety of eggs benedicts, skillets, waffles, crepes and salads, sandwiches, hamburgers and vegetarian dishes. We also brew up some of the best coffee in town to help you start your day. We are located just north of Colorado State University at 524 W. Laurel St.

I’ll be honest and just say I’m not the biggest fan of breakfast… that said, Cafe Bluebird was AMAZING. My girlfriend dragged me out here, and I’m glad she did. The menu is quite expensive and it was pretty packed, considering it was the morning of Valentine’s Day when we swung by. Parking was a bit tough to find, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault at all. I opted for the country fried steak, and my girlfriend ordered the perfect combo with french toast. Portion size was pretty big, and made the price we paid so totally worth it. Our server was very cheery and attentive, but I unfortunately do not remember her name. Come in to Cafe Bluebird for some superb service and breakfast!

Absolutely a 5 star experience!! The food was very good and the wait staff, while overworked, were extremely nice. The bread + jam we got with all of our dishes was absolutely delicious. The skillet I had was phenomenal. All of the meals had good variety to them and were really good. Pricing was quite fair as well. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Great breakfast place when I am craving savory items. My wife prefers sweet so she goes for the French toast.
Eggs Benedict, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and their Kentucky cornbread breakfast are all good choices.
They also have good kids choices for breakfast. Waffles, fresh fruit, milk or orange juice.
It can be busy, but I have never had to wait. Always greeted quickly and sat immediately. Quick and friendly service every time.

Every time we go here, it’s just the most delicious food ever. I’m obsessed with Cafe Bluebird. It’s a must if you are in Fort Collins, CO! They even had little sudoku puzzles to do while we waited for our food.

On my visit to FoCo, Cafe Bluebird offered the best service! Our server was kind, helpful, and attentive. I really miss restaurants playing soft music! It was so soothing to hear peaceful instrumental music in the background versus loud singing! Our food was excellent(classic eggs Benedict and kid’s pancake/egg/bacon) and the price was fair. I highly recommend this spot for breakfast!

My partner did not like his biscuits and gravy due to a lot of sage. I had an egg scramble and it was perfect. Also, we had to park about a block away due to a lack of parking spaces. The service was fast considering how busy they were.
